If you come from the west, it is and seems very minimalistic. It's noisy. Be prepared to wake at 520 every morning. But i would not trade my experience there for anything. I will miss all of the employees there as of 1/11/26. Love, Nadiyya

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the view from the rooftop was absolutely amazing, especially with the Pyramids right in front of you. The location is also perfect, as it’s very close to the Pyramids.
The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the tours, and our tour guide was excellent, knowledgeable, and very friendly.
Overall, everything was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo. I would definitely come back and stay here again. It truly felt like a home away from home .

I love the fact that I could see the pyramids from the the top floor where they serve free breakfast. The room was cold, but I guess it was because I came in March. So everything was great except for one staff member who was very nasty to me because I couldn’t understand her accent so I stayed far from her.

I enjoyed this hotel. The location is spectacular a hundred yards from the entrance to the Giza pyramids and that is why I chose this hotel. Go up to the rooftop hotel for the included breakfast and feast on the dozens of foods and the view of the plateau with the three pyramids...right from your table,.
The staff is extremely attentive...need toothpaste, water bottles, TP, shampoo...they are knocking on your door within a minute or two. They also stopped by with a tray of fresh fruit. I needed a taxi and they had a driver waiting in the lobby.
One thing they didn't have is access to cash but a machine was a minute away on the street.

The place, the pyramids. the staff and breakfast are amazing. Abdo, Seif and Abd- Elrahman are such a blessing to deal with. Very kind and gives you positive energy. Highly recommended!
