It feels almost like a family run place as you are made to feel very welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable and you are provided with a bath robe, tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge and hairdryer. I would have given a five if not for my struggle with the breakfast food choices. I just wish they had more protein options and not carbs. The view of the pyramid every morning was amazing. "The place was dirty, dirty floors, dirty bathroom, bugs in the bed. Still had last guest’s toothbrush most likely from 6 months ago given IT’s condition left on the hot water tank valves. Dogs running around the street at night fighting with each other. Looks nothing like IT’s pictures as posted. Will never, ever stay there again. Horrible place. "
