“The receptionist was fantastic and very helpful but the room wasn’t up to the standard I saw online. It was advertised that there is an airport pick up but it end up not being true. The worst of it all was curb webs and dirty objects coming out of the air conditioning unit. I complained to the receptionist and she quickly cleaned it but within about 5 minutes, the bed was full of debris again. The receptionist once again cleaned but the debris was still coming out of the air conditioning units.……

“The property looks okay but the bathroom toilet flashing has a problem, it was not flashing. There are some cracks tiles and some spider cap web in the corners of the bedroom ceiling. The staffs were unique very helpful in the morning the water was not flowing but they filled about 5 buckets of water by our door and also informed us in advance which to me it was excellent of them.”

“Our stay at Grand Casamora Hotel was nothing short of rewarding. It was our first trip to Ghana. The room was cozy, comfortable, and clean. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Chris was especially kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He made us feel like family. In addition, Grand Casamora is a great location with many shops within walking distance. We hope to be back for a longer visit. Highly recommended!”

“They did not give me a room to stay after I had made a booking over one month ahead of time. The excuse was that some people couldn't check out because they cancelled their flight. I sat for more than an hour and they eventually took me to a different hotel”

“The bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was some dust and water leak under the sink”

“The host said this ad was not his nor did he know who the administrator is. David says this is a fraudulent listing and I was robbed of my booking fees. I was forced to purchase another room on site cash. Expedia has not been any help in this matter either”
