“Very clean location, good for kids and family, good food, not for resting a lot of people noise talking loud, screaming and smashing doors. Good air conditioning inside rooms and very fresh air outdoors. Not a place to enjoy the nature in the nature.”

“We loved our entire stay in our deluxe room. A resort style boutique in a residential area. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room but it was really comfortable when we did. Uber/Lyft is very convenient and inexpensive to mostly everything. A lot of things are with walking distance as well. We will definitely stay at this property again! I would truly recommend for couples.”

“This place was absolutely beautiful! The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were super clean! The customer service was unexpectedly trash, the bartenders weren’t upbeat and nice. They were dry and miserable it gave off that they were sick of working there. The drinks were $17 and taste like water! For the amount of money being spent here they can at least offer a happy hour smh. I hope that in the future they can implement a nice happy hour with better music being played! People come……

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

“We were initially staying at another hotel which was a horrible experience, so we decided to move to this one. When I called the hotel I spoke English and the lady kept hanging the phone call. After the third attempt, I spoke Spanish and she took my call. Other than the front desk lady the hotel is really clean and does not get humid like the others. I highly recommend the hotel.”

“The locks on both the room door and balcony door broke during our 4 nights there. Made it difficult to access at times. Certain areas of the property were a little run down but overall still a good experience and gorgeous views.”
