“The front desk supervisor was amazzzing. We arrived wayy early before check-in, she was very accommodating to see fit on getting us into a room. The room was unique and felt very homely. I do hope the establishment considers making the room doors more secure by adding a deadbolt lock. Aside from that, the staff was extremely pleasant and kind, and the atmosphere was beautiful—with flowers, plants and trees everywhere you go. The property felt very private, as access requires a master key……

“Clean, comfortable place to stay when flying in late on NYE. Went to the rooftop to watch the amazing fireworks that were going off all over the city. Rooms were sorta small, with a tight hallway and bathroom, and the door slammed shut every time it closed, but once settled, we all slept well. There was some confusion with booking on Expedia and getting the check-in codes....needed to text back and forth with the front desk, but staff was super nice so it all was good. ”

“It was perfect for us! It was very cozy and clean. We had a third story room facing the ocean. The spa pool was just below and we used it everyday after we came in from the ocean. It was very convenient to coffee shops and many food places. We will def stay here again!”

“Clean room, and very central and walkable around San Juan and old San Juan is a bit of a walk but not bad. Uber is an excellent option as I did not rent a car and am not crazy about driving here myself. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely return. ”
