Welcome to the beautiful Villa "Carolla", our stylish fully furnished four bedroom, eight person capacity, three bathroom villa with abundance of space and amenities in the beautiful, scenic tranquil and traditional town of La Caleta in Southern Tenerife.

If you are after a tranquil, traditional, peaceful holiday with close by beautiful restaurants and sea views then you are looking at the right villa!

The Villa is extremely private, has its own private pool, several relaxing and private sunning areas, located all over the villa on the ground floor, first floor and top floor.

There is a built-in BBQ and plenty of bench seating towards the back of the Villa perfect for times when you prefer to eat in and cook yourself. To the front of the villa, over the front dining table is a retractable canopy, for those times you want to be out of the sun or just seeking a few quiet moments, relaxing with a glass of wine or whichever is your preferred tipple or just some time out of the sun to read a book!

Is this Villa for you? The wonderful thing about the location of the Villa, and the Villa itself is how perfect it is for all ages and guests. Whether you're a family, a couple, a mature group there is something for everyone. For families with children, the nearest beach with water sports is a 10 minute walk away, for couples wanting to relax there is a sea-front relaxed bar only a stones throw away for lunch or drinks but also relaxed enough for families. For our more 'mature' guests, everything you need is on the ground floor so there is no need to go upstairs so great for those with walking difficulties.

Whether you have booked a villa before or not, we take pride in making sure your holiday at Villa Carolla is relaxing and joyful and we take pride in how many returning guests that we receive. I will try to make sure from booking to landing at the villa you have a stress free holiday and are happy to answer any questions. Despite the Villa being able to cater for many, we also welcome smaller bookings, e.g. for a couple/couples.

Home comforts: There is super fast broadband/wi-fi now installed and a 'smart' TV to let you watch practically any programme you wish, especially useful for entertaining children (and adults alike!).

How is the villa laid out? There are three bedrooms downstairs based on the ground floor, a main house bathroom with large walk-in shower. One of the bedrooms has twin single beds, the second room has a double bed and the master bedroom has a Kingsize bed and private bathroom with plenty of cupboard and storage space. All bedrooms have fans to make sure you can keep cool and get to sleep easily at night!

Upstairs is a further double bedroom with en-suite and a large private dressing room. The private upper sun terraces offer stunning sea views to the front.This is perfect for multiple families wanting to go away together as this bedroom is very private away from the other master bedroom to ensure ultimate privacy.

Amenities: Just a two minute walk to the harbour promenade and several upmarket restaurants and stylish Spanish tapas bars. If you are wanting a true, traditional and authentic taste of Tenerife cuisine there is a host of restaurants and don't worry there is a super mixture of restaurants to suit all palettes. La Rosso is a fantastic Italian which is less than a two minute walk, with views overlooking the ocean, Thai Restaurant (this is one of our favourites), Fish Restaurants and Tapas for when you're not quite sure what you fancy.

For the golfers... Costa Adeje Golf club is a five min drive and Aqua Water Park and the new Siam Water Park only a 10 min drive. There is a regular bus service into nearby Los Cristianos and surrounding areas or grab a taxi at either end of the village.

The supermarket for your daily needs is just a 5 minute walk away, where you will also find an ATM machine at the local hotel - ideal if you don't want to carry too much cash.

We could gush about our lovely Villa all day and we visit the Villa several times a year for our holidays so the Villa is kept to extremely high standards and I want you to be as impressed as we are every time we visit. Wonderful house and area.
This was one of the best places we've ever stayed. Very convenient to grocery, restaurants, shops, etc. short walk to the black sand beach. The house itself was roomy and had everything we needed (5 adults and 3 children) and Karen answered immediately with any questions. Even though it was cold the kids enjoyed the pool along with my husband. The whole experience was great!!! I'd recommend to anyone.

The villa is located right in the centre of La Caleta. This is a lovely area which is more suited to adults than children, there are numerous really nice bars and restaurants but not many that cater for youngsters. The sea is only a two minute walk, there is a beach about 10 minute walk away. The villa itself gets mixed reviews, much of it was lovely, the outside space is great, the pool was lovely and it was spotlessly clean and well maintained, there is plenty of outdoor seating including a terrace on the upper level and a bbq which was great. The downstairs bedrooms were really nice, and the bathrooms had obviously been renovated, the bedroom on the first floor was horrible, it was like going from a four star bedroom downstairs to a two star bedroom upstairs. The upstairs bedroom was a reasonable size but had a 4’ bed which was very small for a couple, the upstairs en-suite was also very dated. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed including a washing machine which is very useful when travelling with children. The lounge area was comfortable but again quite dated. On the whole we had a good stay but would suggest the lounge and upstairs bedroom need updating.

Perfect location
This villa is in the perfect location in the heart of La Caleta. It is well equipped and very spacious. The owner, Karen, was fantastic at communicating with any questions I had and her support team are so friendly. We have booked again for the new year. We can’t wait. The only downside is the pool being unheated but that is a very minor downside.

Wonderful villa and location
The villa has great accomodation space. Super clean and well equipped. Great location opposite a row of restaurants and with 2 supermarkets almost on your doorstep you really don't need a car. Pool is single depth throughout, great size but deep - I am five nine and needed to stand on my tip toes - just made it hard for the teenager who wasn't six foot to play. Wonderful for swimming though ! And spacious grassed area at back of villa gives more playing room with access to a basketball/football court down the road it was a great holiday location.

We stayed here in December. Great location for La Caleta, 2 mins walk to the sea, and directly opposite a number of restaurants. Plenty of space. Pool was cold, but it was December Fans were useful, not sure how hot it would get in the summer as there is no aircon, but was fine for us Communication was easy and responsive. We hope to use again

Lovely property & fantastic location. Spent 2 weeks there & didn't want to come home. Plenty of space for 8 people / 4 couples with 3 bathrooms. Lovely roof terrace with great views. The best part though is the location, taxi rank 1 min walk, shops 2 min walk, 10 restaurants from 1 min to 5 min walk, tried a few and never had anything other than a really great meal. The area is very clean, feels very safe and is free from rowdy crowds, there's a swimming / snorkelling beach just past the shops with numerous steps to get into the sea safely. If you fancy something more exciting during the day (jet skis / catamaran) or night life (my lads went out to clubs that stay open till 6AM) its only a £5 taxi fare to Costa Adeje which has everything. Fantastic stay, will definitely return in the future.

Great Villa, Great Location
A great sized, well laid out & well equipped villa in the heart of La Caleta. The beds & pillows were comfy as were the loungers round the pool. The pool is just big enough to enjoy and was warm enough in April despite being unheated. There is no shallow bit if you’ve got small children (but this didn’t bother us). The bbq is also a good size. There are many fantastic restaurants within a very short walking distance (some which we needed to book in advance) and it’s a lovely stroll along the coast to Fanabe beach which took us about 45 mins. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were useful but very noisy - air con would be much better, especially in the summer months. The owner, Karen, was very responsive with emails prior to our arrival. We didn’t need to bother her whilst we were there but I’m sure she would have been available if we had needed her. Thanks for a lovely stay in your villa Karen. It’s definitely somewhere we would come back to again.

Perfect location in spacious villa.
Love Tenerife and this was one of the best locations we have stayed. Close to all local amenities and lovely restaurants. The Villa itself was very spacious and catered for everyone very well. The host Karen has been very accommodating despite the difficulties we have all been through these past couple of years, she was always at hand to answer any queries, nothing was any trouble.
