“Very rude owner The owner was extremely rude. During check-in, the lady kept our passports and did not return them to us. When we realized they were missing, we tried texting and calling, but she did not respond. Several hours passed, and we eventually had to go back to the B&B and search through the drawers in the “reception” area ourselves. We were eventually able to find our passports there. It was very frustrating and concerning to have such important personal documents left unattended,……

“Amazing staff with great local recommendations. Property was spotless, welcome water upon arrival. Perfectly located to stay in Poliagno A Mare. We had a rental car and left it at the train station for ease, only a quick 4 minute walk to the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.”
