“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”

“The room was great, however the fie alarm was going off at 10 pm. Till around 11pm. Also they do not accept cash payment for anything!! Not as good of an experienced as it used to be”

“Had higher expectations, was looking for a resort as it was disckribed. Apppiers this is just a hotel with a sauna. Not even outdoor pool. Overall it was clean and Im happy I booked a lake wiew room with a balcony.”

“Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again.”

“Check-in was excellent. Sandra at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they surprised us with a room upgrade. The entire experience was smooth and made us feel valued from the moment we arrived.”

“First of all, I didn't pay for the Hot tub, but according to the picture you (or who ever) gave me, I paid for jacuzzi... For that price, I should get it, but no 👎 ... Condition of the facilities = himid and stale smell in the room, on the towels...etc, etc, ... Never again ”

“I have stayed here two times. It is a sprawling place with a great pools and outdoor areas. This visit although the rooms have been renovated, the mattress seemed old and soft in places. Also the walls are paper thin and I was kept awake by my neighbors who were just talking. I’ll probably stay here again as I love the location and outdoor areas but bring earplugs.”
