“Very limited breakfast options. Parking in the Be back of the building. ”

“I had to ask for my floors and hot tub to be cleaned. The tub was wiped but still had someone else’s pubic hair in it. There were ants climbing up my mattress and I ended up with bed bugs. ”

“Room was amazing! Loved the view, decor, and the atmosphere. Staff was above and beyond. Want to go back in the summer!”

“All the hype ended up not so grand of a stay. Beds aren’t comfortable, the club lounge was not worth the money for the food they served and they tack taxes and fees on everything from the resort fees to the club lounge to the rooms. Made the mistake of Easter weekend and were over run with families with small children running around. They have a reward point system that no one tells you about and good luck getting any receipts to submit for it! Highlight of the stay was not part of……

“So the property was nice but there were a few oddities when we compare to other facilities. The room door opens directly into the bedroom, so you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the rest of the rooms. Somewhere it mentioned they had dvd players in the rooms but there were none to be used (we called the main desk). Most facilities have a pizza pan, but again there were none (called again). They have on-site gas barbecues but there were no tongs in the rooms or alongside the BBQs.”

“Nice breakfast, pleasant staff, clean room with comfortable bed. Inly complaints were thin walls ( I could hear neighbor coughing) and a SUPER cold pool. Pool was small, but ok for our 3 grandkids to play. If there had been more people it would have been crowded.”

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”

“Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again.”
