“Had an issue with a smell coming from another room. Nothing the hotel had control over as it was coming through the bathroom vent. Housekeeping was great and brought a strong air freshener in to mask the smell. We reached out to the manager after the stay and he was wonderful and quick to respond to our issue. ”

“Very limited breakfast options. Parking in the Be back of the building. ”

“I had to ask for my floors and hot tub to be cleaned. The tub was wiped but still had someone else’s pubic hair in it. There were ants climbing up my mattress and I ended up with bed bugs. ”

“Stayed on a Monday after Easter & loved that there was no one around. The location is great and right across from the lake (even tho it was cold & windy while we were there) We just wanted to chill & the sauna was the perfect answer. There were massages on premises if you wanted. The front desk girl, I'm sad to say, I didn't get her name, but she was delightful & very helpful. She definitely helped make us feel welcome. The suites are spacious & supplies were more than we expected for our stay.……

“I would have rated the cleanliness a 3 due to an over flowing garbage that sat directly in front of the 4th floor elevator from the time we arrived at 9pm until the next morning when I had to ask staff to clean it up as it was all over the ground by the exit, but, the bathroom was clean and the beds and linens seems clean. ”

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”

“This property could be ok. It is older. They have done some remodeling but could use some new paint. Clean the hot tub and pool area. The chair in our room had the seat cover basically off. But the biggest thing was the comforter cover looked dirty and stained, but even worse when I took the cover off the comforter had a big pee stain on it. I mean it smelled like it had been washed but cmon, why would you put that on there. They did immediately give me a new one and apologize. The staff was……
