Dear Mr. Following your complaint, please notice our position since you made your two different reservations: - The first reservation online 05/06/2021 to 10/06/2021, recorded as no show, and you did not make the cancellation (action we cannot do instead of you), as well and according to our contract with the website, in such situation a penalty for one night is charged automatically. - Then you accommodate in the hotel with a second reservation online from 05/06/2021 to 06/06/2021 then a 3rd one online as well from 06/06/2021 to 10/06/2021 To conclude, please note that we have followed the procedures to be applied for No-Show according to the collaboration contracts with our partners. Thank you for understanding our position .

I spend 5 days at this hotel , the daylife was good , but the services at hotel is awful, the administration never give u help . Only the accountant was nice , They took from me one night more (120$) coz i cancel my old reservation nd i asked them for help me, bcoz i already come and make another reservation with (500 bound ) but they were insisted to took that money from me,without my room i take 3 other rooms for my family ,, so at all they just think about money not to be kind with customer

The property was once upon a time 4 stars circa 1980 or so, now it’s run down, it’s got a lot of potential to be again a genuine 4 stars, needs to be renovated, starting with the mattresses, and also no amenities inside the room I stayed in, although I stayed in the bungalow, was just planted in the middle of the parking lot.

A fun place on Djerba Island
It is a very long drive to Djerba; I recommend flying there from Tunis or Paris if possible. Hotel staff are polite, but not really friendly. They don't talk except the fewest words to give service. We enjoyed the disco at night.

Excellent stay. The staff was very courteous and professional A special thanks to Ms. Arbia, Mr. Wassim, Mr. Sami (front desk) and to Mr. Khalid at the bar. Would definitely go back to stay there. The hospitality was amazing. On my return I forgot my laptop power cord in the taxi and didn't realize it was missing till I was at the airport doing checking. Ms. Arbia went out of her way to have the taxi deliver it back to the airport. Thank you so much to all the staff for all their professional services and to make my vacation truly memorable. The one word of caution to American tourist would be at the resort you will find cats roaming about the premise. Which is unusual from an American perspective. Other than that....had a good time.

You can have good relax.I
It is good place to spend your vacation,but do not forget you are in Tunisia,Africa.Most tourists are from France so you going to hear French everywhere.English is not so popular,but I had no problem to be understand.Food not bad,wine good,weather perfect.Only I am not impressed by beach,narrow with a lot,a lot of seaweed.
