The pictures do NOT represent what rooms really look like. Unacceptably dirty rooms and hallway carpets. Doors had scratched and chipped paint. I got 2 rooms; one for my son and I and one for my wife and daughter. My wife and daughter struggled with the smell and wanted to leave but we arrived so late. I took pictures and showed the front desk and they just apologized… didn’t offer to have anyone clean it. Should have a much lower rating.

We spent a night here after hiking at Cuyahoga Falls. The hotel was average. It did the trick for a night & our room appeared to be clean. The continental breakfast was nice. We had a room in the back of the hotel, that overlooked the Knights Inn Motel. This made for good people watching but a lot of shady things go on there. I would avoid walking in that area especially at night.

Our stay was pleasant. I was pleasantly surprised to NOT smell marijuana! I can't tell you how many times I've left a motel with all my belongings smelling like skunk (pot), but not this time! Yay! Our room was clean, comfortable, smelled fresh, and the AC worked great. We had plenty of towels and washcloths. The fridge actually refroze our cold packs (mini fridges usually don't do that well). Breakfast was egg/cheese omelets, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cereal, bagels, toast, waffles, juice, and coffee. The lady maintaining the breakfast was very good at keeping everything going. The only negative thing I can think of is, I tried the 4-step pre-check-in option to save time. However, I was still asked for my address and credit card, even though I did all that with photo ID and credit card online, so that was disappointing. If I hadn't had to redo that, I think it would have been a perfect. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

It has easy access to the freeway and close to local trails. 2 restaurants within walking distance and a large gas station across the street. Decor is modern but overall the hotel is worn. Staff was friendly, easy check in and check out. Free breakfast was good, limited but still good.

This La Quinta was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The entrance and halls are extremely dirty & unkempt, but that does not compare to the condition of the room. It was so dimly lit that I had to use the flashlight function on my phone in many instances. The bathroom floor was sticky, the door peeling, the toilet paper holders were dirty and the shower was dirty and scraped. The “complimentary” soap was a 3” bar. The bedspreads were stained and the carpeting had not been vacuumed in ???? I wish I had read the reviews before booking but it seemed to be the only hotel in the area that accepted dogs. I guess you get what you pay for at $159/night. Someone from Wyndham really needs to do an inspection.

It was clean, well maintained and close to Cleveland without the huddle and bustle of a city. Also felt really safe. My husband is super picky about hotels and he loved it here too. Great value for the cost of a stay
