I was very pleased with my experience. The hotel room was perfect for a family getaway, offering a quiet and peaceful environment that ensured a restful stay. This is always one of our favorite hotel brands to stay at. We like the separate bedroom and full kitchen option. Our kitchen didn’t have silverware, so I’m not sure where I get that from. Had other dishes to use though. I did complain about mold in our bathroom. The exhaust fan wasn’t working. There was mold on the ceiling. Mold on the tub faucet and around the bathroom door. We stayed for four days and no one came to fix it. I’m sure it’s still like that today. it looks like it had been there a while already. I will say the staff is very friendly and helpful! They really do make the stay worthwhile. The breakfast attendant was extremely helpful. I was there with a broken arm and sprained ankle and she really went out of her way to make sure I could carry everything and be able to serve myself. The breakfast every morning was meh! Standard waffle station. Nothing really exciting for breakfast. I do like that the hotel is close to the highway and a lot of choices for restaurants and shopping. The room itself was OK. The beds were comfortable enough. My back didn’t hurt when I woke up so that’s a major plus. The indoor pool was clean, except for little items people left behind. The pool towels are a little on the smaller side, so be warned. It may not cover you fully. We also used the laundry room facilities. I love that the washer and dryer were free! Some of the appliances weren’t working properly or were broken/missing. But I still appreciate free laundry! Would stay again.

Front desk attendant was incredibly friendly, check in was super fast, 2 bedroom suite fit our family great with a king, 2 queens and a pull out sofa. Breakfast was included and had a lot of options. Would definitely book again.

Entered the room - air conditioning on. Turned it off, turned on heat and left to visit friends. Five hours later the room was still freezing. Ten PM so no maintenance people. No heat all night.

When we walked in no one was at the front desk and we had to wait for them to come out of the back area. They were abrupt. Just not a very welcoming experience. We could hear a lot of banging and people in the hallway.

Loved this hotel
My husband and I were in the Stow area to visit family. Since we were staying eight nights we wanted a suite room at a non smoking property. Since my husband has breathing issues this was critical to us. The hotel definitely stood behind this policy. In addition the hotel has been updated, extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast area was open, airy and clean. We saw people playing games and cards giving the area a very welcome feeling. In the future, Staybridge Suites will be our hotel of choice.
