Instructions to access key to room was good and simple. Disappointed that there was no reception staff on site during our 4 night stay. Carpet required vacuuming and grout in shower recess needed cleaning. Was hoping that the room was serviced - clearly not.

I would come again
This hotel was very comfortable and extremely clean. I had everything i needed. My only issue was the bathroom exhaust fan stayed on all night. However i was able to close the door and it didnt bother me. It would be nice to see some outdoor areas for enjoying the fresh air

Most convenient.
Nice, clean and very convenient to our families in Albany. The rooms was sufficient for the two of us and we made use of the fridge, microwave and kitchen utensils to have breakfast and some dinners. Free Wi-Fi was great and good TV made it enjoyable. Pleasant view from the room over the lawn gave a peaceful outlook. We'd sure stay there again.

Good location
The location is excellent though the driveway entrance is easy to miss as it is in a 70kph zone. It is also easy to get too without having to drive through central Albany. The facilities are good so we could cook our meals without problems. The room was a bit too cool, the weather at night was cold, and we needed the aircon on to heat the room quite often. Despite being near the road, we had a back room and it was quiet and we were not disturbed.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this property. The location was great as it was so close to town and all the other site seeing places. The property managers were so friendly and caring. The premises itself were spacious, clean and so very comfortable.

A very pleasant discovery. Excellent for short stay accommodation. Very clean and well equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Lovely linen including hand towels and facewashers as well as bath towels. Small complex, with a personal touch, in a well located area providing a great base for sightseeing/attractions all around Albany. We highly recommend this establishment.

Was lucky enough to find Harbourside during a web search. This small motel set in Frenchmen Bay is just what you need for a short or even long stay. With a kitchenette stocked with sufficient to cook occasional meals and certainly able to provide your own breakfast, it has microwave, electric frypan, kettle and toaster with sufficient crockery etc. There is a small bathroom and a large bed-sitting room with comfortable chairs provided. The bed was comfortable and as everyone has reviewed, the whole area is immaculately clean, fresh and bright. There is a small outside patio with table and chairs where you can eat your breakfast with attendant magpies to enhance your morning. Our host was friendly and welcoming and you felt you could ask for any assistance needed. We didn’t need any having spent many happy holidays in Albany.

This is a great little motel to stay as it is not right in the center of town but a few kilometres away but also closer to other attractions like the Gap and Whaling museum. Trevor and Lyn keep a very nice little place there and we would definitely recommend it.

Quiet location as just out of central Albany. OK for a couple of nights, but as only a microwave and small bar fridge would need to upgrade to fully self contained unit which is also available. Cannot get flow through of air as only flyscreen backdoor, not security door, and no fly security screen on front door. Comfortable and fit for our purpose as we ate out for all our meals.

Very nice motel a little out of central Albany. Reception were extremely helpful after our car battery ran flat overnight. They brought their own car (and jump leads) and got us going again.

The manager was extremely nice and friendly. The place was very clean. The bed, linens and pillows were of an excellent quality. The bathroom was spacious. It had a kitchen area and cookware. An indoor clotheslines as well. We had friends in the next unit and we both had late tv on and we did not hear each other's noise. There is a sitting porch access onto green grass.

Harbourside was an unexpected oasis! We expected a basic standard from the very reasonable price, however the facilities and staff helpfulness far exceeded our expectations. The property contained extras that we didn't expect, like toaster & microwave and the most specious wet area bathroom suitable for both disabled and non disabled visitors. We will be back with friends and family in tow!
