Fantastic gem. We stayed a few nights so my son could enjoy the large, clean, heated pool and we could visit the VIA aquarium. Great breakfast, comfy beds, amazing staff. I wish all my vacations could have accommodations like this.

Low quality at the Quality Inn
It wasn’t the worst but it definitely wasn’t the best…no elevator for starters. $200 upfront fee for incidentals required to check in…very old and outdated. The breakfast was good.

No elevator
This is a multi story facility without an elevator. Overall the hotel is good for what you pay but not to have an elevator. Just hope you don’t have a lot of heavy luggage

good option if you are trying to save money as the property was older and a little run down but clean and comfortable. My room was supposed to be smoke free, but smelled slightly of cigarette smoke.

The property is a great value. The staff and housekeeping were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. I did not know that there was not an elevator until I checked in. I had family who were going to visit me at the property but they could not because I was on the 2nd floor and they are not able climb stairs. That was my only complaint.

Our window will not close all the way NOR lock even if it did. The air unit has an awful smell coming from it. We shut it off and even then our room smells awful. Hotel is being renovated and our room is a clear example of WHY.

Great stay, Jen was awesome!
We had a very nice day, starting with Jen at the front desk. She was extraordinarily helpful, changing our room to one that we had better access to. Our room was quiet, comfortable, clean, and breakfast was very nice as well.
