Conveniently located within the complex is a the award winning Pembroke Patisserie, a grocery store, The Albie restaurant, bar and fish and chip store. Small pre-approved pets allowed. The Space: The home is modern and offers quiet and private enjoyment while only being a 4-minute drive to Wanaka township. Featuring a fire to relax in front of after a day exploring the area, this home is perfect to unwind in. This property has two bedrooms each featuring views of the surrounding alpine scenery. A fully equipped kitchen gives you the option of dining in or enjoy some of the surrounding restaurants & cafes. A perfect all season apartment for al fresco dining on the deck or relaxing in front of the fire on a snowy winters day. Fibre Wi-fi is complimentary at this property. We love the location with the great pub bakery and quick access to a lovely walk along the Clutha river. It was over New Year and a car park was taken briefly.
