“Appreciated the housekeeping and when asked for ice for my mom when she fell, they sent some right away. Would be nice to have dish soap and a sponge and a starter bottle of water for the room. We arrived past midnight so could not get any groceries. Staff was very friendly and nice. My sister’s crib was not in the room for her baby and couldn’t get one until the next day. When she got it, it didn’t fit in the bedroom. The process of getting pool towels is not Efficient. Waited 30 min in line……

“Had a really good time there with my family. I actually booked another hotel in Sagres, but with much smaller space and poorer infrastructure. So I cancelled that one, and drove back again to Balaia hotel. Again the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool nearby. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Not to mention that the price is so attractive. Definitely worth it.”
