This was a beautiful place to stay with a big heated pool. They are apartments with a kitchen which is ideal. Everything was very clean and the breakfast provided was excellent. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again when in Lagos.

A bit far from the Lagos center, which forces using either a car, Uber or Taxi to get to restaurants. The breakfast formula is good even if different from typical buffets. Nice and clean pools. Rooms are cleaned and spacious but the furniture is aging.

The location is this place is great, 5 min away to Praia do Camilo, and 5 min away grocery. My husband LOVES the pool. The room is very clean and front desk people are very nice. My only complain is the address showed in Expedia is wrong, and we got lost for almost 1 hour trying to find this place. Please use google to search the name of this anparthotel and it leads the right place. or call the aparthoel to get direction ahead of time.

Has great grounds with a heated outdoor pool. Unfortunately it was rainy and cool during our stay so we did not use pool. If temp above 18 and sunny pool would be pleasant to use .

Great Experience!

Fast and very friendly check-in, beautiful and well maintained property. After a day in the city center and the beach is it great to go to the property and relax in the pool. Great experience! Highly recommended!

Quiet location away from chaos of downtown Lagos but not really walkable to anything. Nice pool and good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good kitchen and balcony in room but room and bathroom was lacking in a few areas- could use better seating options and a place to set luggage, as well as bathroom counter space (a problem at every place we stayed in Portugal). Also my husband told me the last day he got bit on his feet by tiny ants that he saw in our room (did not report it as we had already checked out). Overall- it served our purpose, thanks to having access to a car.

Loved the stay at Atalaia Sol. The appartments are a short drive away from the center of Lagos, great when you have a rental car at your disposal. The rooms itself we're clean, some parts better than the other. Some parts could use a refreshment, but overall it was quite nice. All appartements offer a nice pool view, also the pool was still heated during our stay. Made for a pleasant time to take a dive. The space is clean and you could see personell actively cleaning and maintaining stuff. Would recommend if you're spending some days near Lagos.

I booked the hotel based on very good reviews on Expedia, but in my opinion is not a 4 star. Expedia has listed some access to a beach club but it’s not such a thing! The room was specious and had a large balcony facing the pool and some ocean view at the distance. It’s clean in general but the kitchen area needs some upgrades. The pool is nice, but quite cool, listed as heated but not warm enough. The continental breakfast is very minimal, it’s a la cart type and the poorest of all the other places in the 3 weeks in Portugal. You need a car to get around everywhere. It’s more like an apartment than a hotel. The pleasant side is that it’s quiet and has a nice garden.
