“The whole thing was amazing the stuff was attentive to birthday and surprise us with a cake and drinks. They even had a candle for the cake. It really made his ! Thank you too such amazing tentative staff and the place looks incredible!”

“It’s always exciting and a pleasure staying at W Hotels.
What we have noticed however is the least available options for non-Pork eaters at breakfast. We believe there being perhaps options such as chicken/beef sausages as opposed to only Pork..?!
The house keeping was fantastic, aside from staff moving one or two of my wife’s items from where she originally left them (Nothing majorly serious 🙂)..
With that said, we had a wonderful experience at The W and would most definitely comeback……

“The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious
The management is not up to a five star hotel standard.
Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful.
Secondly the food variety was not sufficient. Thirdly , on the last day, we went for breakfasts after checking out. We were told to……

“Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit……
