“Great for no stress family vacation. All the staff were very interactive with the kids. Food and drinks were great with there being different themes each day. Different pool options, from kid fun pools to adult relaxation pools. Different activities going on each day. Shuttle running to the beach all day but the walk down is only 35 mins and you can get the Shuttle back.”

“Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit……

“Great place for a family - beach within a short walking distance, several pools and a playground to keep kids entertained. Staff are lovely, we had a great stay, our second time there. Took a couple of days and a few requests to get a highchair though and never received coffee pods for the machine despite asking a few times. We also didn’t have any washing up soap or detergent for washing machine which we had last time, but perhaps amenities have changed. Really nice resort and staff, we would……

“Really beautiful property with beachfront access, pools and lots of restaurants. Not too far from the strip. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade our room and offered a delightful bottle of wine to celebrate our engagement. Would definitely recommend!”

“Fantastic room at a great price. Pool was lovely. Kitchen had all amenities needed. The cleaner did unfortunately break our charger behind the bed so be aware of leaving it plugged in. ”

“Pool was open but not heated, if you wanted a heated pool is was extra for every guest. First room had black mold and a broken countertop, second room was good. Staff wwre great; especially Fernando, Phillipe, Ampreet, Amir and Harpreet. Food was awful, paid for allinclusive and ate outside the hotel on multiple occasions. The only reason for 2 stars is how great the staff was.”
