“Both the hotel and the room were in good condition: clean, well-maintained, and relatively new. As for the staff, the front desk staff was generally distant and, at times, even unfriendly; however, the staff in the lounge and dining room during breakfast was always friendly, helpful, and efficient. The breakfast was varied and of good quality.”

“The kitchen was pretty well equipped although it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. The rooms were kept very clean by the chambermaids and we have nothing but great things to say about the wonderful fellows that manned the front desk. The area of Olhos de Aqua is a very quaint part of Albufeira which we absolutely loved. We felt very safe here and loved all the little restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again. “I had a really enjoyable stay here and would happily return. The staff were fantastic throughout my stay. Vinicius was kind, polite, friendly, and always happy to help. There was also another member of staff whose name I unfortunately didn't get. She had mousy blonde hair and was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and a real credit to the hotel. “Overall the hotel was beautiful, though they need a little updating. We had informed the front desk that our phone was not working at all. Maintenance came and was making me flush the toilet 3 times to “reboot the line” I did so and still did not work so I asked for him to return tomorrow cause I saw no point in just flushing the toilet for the phone to work again. Also there was spiders on the balcony.”

“Il y avait beaucoup d'enfants en bas âge et, comme nous voyagions avec des adolescents, les activités proposées n'étaient pas vraiment adaptées à leur tranche d'âge. ​De plus, l'isolation des chambres est à revoir : nous entendions beaucoup les bruits des chambres voisines et des passages dans le couloir. ​Malgré cela, le cadre de l'hôtel, la nourriture et la qualité générale restent très satisfaisants. Un grand merci à la personne de la réception qui nous a accueillis pour sa gentillesse”
