“Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit……

“The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious The management is not up to a five star hotel standard. Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful. “Unser Aufenthalt war super, das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Der Service beim Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr zuvorkommend. Einzig die Sauberkeit im Health Center könnte besser sein, die umkleiden und das Gym waren schon sehr dreckig. Ansonsten war aber alles ordentlich. ”
