Room cleanliness & comfort was top notch. My issue isn't with the rooms or staff, it's the staffing I have a problem with. This is the second time I have stayed here & for the second time had to go find a staff member to check in & out. After a 4 hr trip the last thing I feel like doing is walking around to find a staff member. I haven't seen the reception manned once during my time there.
