A fantastic property ideally located
A lovely spacious property right next to the praca. All amenities you could need, including for us a comfortable travel cot that our son slept like a log in. Nice pool for a dip which had plenty of sun throughout the day. A perfect stay.

A family beach holiday in style
Fantastic location within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and entertainment. A very spacious villa with lots of areas to spend time together or apart. The sunny pool and loungers are a great addition. We didn’t hire a car and instead used Uber. We never waiting more than 2-3 minutes. My husband played both golf courses during our stay and I used the spa. All first class. Peter is a very attentive host and the Villa is very well appointed with everything you could need. If a family beach holiday in style is what you’re looking for then look no further.

Great place with some minor glitches
Vale do Lobo is a beautiful area. This unit is about one minute walk from the beach. It is spacious, well kept, and well equipped. We had some minor inconveniences, such as a missing manual, very loud washing machine, various TV remotes and devices none of which gave us much watchable TV. The landlord was prompt in his replies over email, but not nearby, so could not help much. The Vivalgarve rep came quickly the first morning and helped with some concerns, but we never did get a manual. Still, we didn't go there for TV, and the most important aspects were superb.

Amazing location for a beach holiday
The house is so close to the beach, it takes about 3-4 minutes to walk to the beach! We came with our two year old and the house came with a cot, high chair, baby cup and plates, and even some beach toys. Bonus points for the electric metal blinds as we all slept so well! The view from the upper bedroom is amazing in the evenings. Only downside was there weren’t any basic condiments in the kitchen so we found ourselves a bit stuck the first evening. Other than that’s, the owner was very helpful and replied super quickly to our messages. All in all, perfect location if you want to spend your days on the beach!

Perfect Location
The villa is really well laid out, has all the amenities you need and is in a brilliant location! The master bed is huge and really comfortable and the pool is just right for a dip!

Property improvement required
Property generally very good, although a few maintenance issues need addressing. Front door handle mechanism needs replacement,Poolside loungers and Toilet flush mechanism on first floor also replacement required

Great location
A wonderful stay in vale do lobo. The Villa is in a great location and a very short walk to the beach and the Praca. The Villa is looking a little tired but it is comfortable and spotlessly clean. Owner has been superb with communication and allowing us to enter/exit slightly earlier than stated. Would recommend to anyone looking for a central Villa that is good value.

Early March “Get away”
Hello Peter. Thanks for the use of your lovely property last week. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Casa Don Pedro which had everything we needed, was very clean, beds were comfortable for us all and the equipment was in line with the inventory. We knew the location of the house which is just great for a walk on the beach in just a few minutes. Being early in the year the nights can be a little cool so the very efficient heating system when required was great. It was too cold this time of year to use the pool for a dip but it too looked very clean and well maintained. WiFi was fine. Didn’t need the tv at all. Too much outside in the Algarve to occupy us! We met Monica ( very friendly) who changed our towels and cleaned around the house on Wednesday. Overall we would happily recommend this property as a very good base to enjoy Vale do Lobo and the Algarve. Middleton’s & Boogert’s ( March 2020 )

Great Location
Lovely holiday home, very clean well fitted bathrooms, large bedrooms with plenty of storage, kitchen well equipped, good quality tableware. The only negative issue was the erratic internet which caused some problems with the tv.

Fabulous home and location - couldn’t be better
We enjoyed a lovely and relaxing week at this property in June 2019. The house listing and other reviews already cover our excellent feedback but a few things to highlight: - house is spacious and plenty of room to enjoy -two great sunny balconies, one including a barbecue and seating -lovely pool which was warm (not sure if heated but we enjoyed swimming). The area around the pool is not very big for lots of people but it was a nice change from the beach -house is about 3 mins walk from the lovely beach - well equipped kitchen -all the regular English language TV channels (BBC, ITV etc) -Air con worked well when we needed to put it on and there are shutters on the windows -3 bathrooms/showers -easy self entry system -parking right outside -walking distance of bars and restaurants -owner very fast to respond to questions before and during our stay All in all, a great stay thank you and I’m sure we’ll be back.

Five star property
This is an excellent house.. we had a superb holiday. The house is modern and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need and the bedrooms are spacious with air con. Location wise, It is one minute from the beach and the Praca so no need to jump in to the car all the time. We had no problems whatsoever and will hopefully return again in the future.

Close to everything beautiful home clean
Spent two weeks in this fabulous house in early July 2018 Was very impressed with the house have stayed in vdl few times this is my favourite house it is clean modern has everything you could need for cooking a great bbq which we used regularly we had our kids 17 and 18 with us so for them it was great beach 3 minute walk praca the same also on bus route the location was perfect We could walk to bars and restaurant at night having the pool was great and great air con We would all have loved to stay longer it was such a comfortable house if there was any problem we just emailed Peter the owner and he replied very quickly but we had no issues only needed a second key which we got the next day Overall a great place to stay can’t wait to go back next year

Beautiful villa perfect location
The house we stayed in was beautiful. Perfect for the mix of people we had especially having a bathroom on each level. The A.C. wasn't working properly and it was very disappointing that it didn't get repaired while we were there as it was very hot trying to sleep and getting ready for going out in the evenings. As we had 3 teens with us the location of the villa was perfect for them to stay out later as its a few minutes walk back home. Would love to see the site organising some activities for teens in the evenings as the bars and nite club are the only option. Our boys hoped to use the new bikes on site but were told as the owner isn't a full member they couldn't. Also still having to pay €50 each with the membership the owner has and only gaining half price entry (€8) each to use the pool is a bit steep. Luckily we had a small pool at the villa and the beach is so close but it would have been nice to have the option. We chose to holiday in Vale do lobo as it offered a safe environment for the teens to stay out late close by. Montys security got very heavy handed with our boys when a scuffle broke out after a man in his twenties mocked one of them over his nationality. The police got involved and used their batons on 2 of boys. Something we were certainly not expecting on our second night. The security apologised a day later as did the man involved but the police denied it happened. The marks said otherwise. The reception advised it was best left alone and said this happens a lot and the police were using the boys as an example to the others. Despite this the boys made a lot of friends as there is a huge teen gathering after midnight. They would return

Fabulous villa in an excellent location
4 of us stayed at this villa in June 2018. It is a spacious, modern, clean villa in an ideal location for the beach and restaurants. The resort bus stop is on the doorstep and is perfect for going to and from the supermarket.

Wonderful Weekend Stay
We have been coming to Vale do Lobo for over 25 years and this villa was a real find. The location is perfect for both the square and beach. We were three couples and the fact all three bedrooms had their own en-suites was great. Would definitely recommend a stay here and we will definitely book again when returning.

Great time in wonderful house

A wonderful apartment in a great setting!
Just back from 10 days in this villa/apartment. There was ample room for everyone (3 adults and 2 children). It is very well equipped and the furnishings are luxurious. Everything was as described on the website. Will definitely book again!

Amazing, beautiful villa!!!
I just wanted to thank you to Peter for being so hospitality! The villa was beautiful, close to the beach, bars and restaurants. It was clean, tidy and well equipped for our family holiday. We had the best time and my holiday blues have well and truly kicked in, as I can not enjoy my morning coffee on the balcony listening to birds and the waves! Peter was fanstastic with any problems I had. He responded very quickly and was helpful! My partner and Dad enjoyed playing golf! We had such an amazing time and will definitely be going back again! What an amazing property
We had a great holiday, and the property was in a perfect location for all of us. Would defiantly recommend it and hopefully will book again one day. Great Location, Immaculate Villa

Absolutely lovely villa. Very spacious - large bedrooms and modern bathrooms, all the mod cons, pool and terrace which get the sun most of the day, immaculately clean and perfect for an enjoyable stay. Location wise it couldn't be more ideal for enjoying the beautiful beach and handful of restaurants within walking distance (5 minutes maximum).

Great accommodation in perfect location for VDL amenities
The location and description matched those on the site and we were kindly allowed to check in early. We understand that this was one of the first times the owner had let the property and it was very clean and well maintained. Having used many villas in our time and particularly VDL it is perfectly placed for the restaurants, beach, bar and Golf. The pool is a great facility for the children and the balcony great for an evening in with friends. The only reason I haven't given it a 5 star rating is that many Villas provide tea, coffee, milk etc as a welcome just is case you haven't had time to get to the shops. I'm sure the owner can easily remedy this. There was an incident with a golf ball breaking a window (likely to happen directly adjacent to the golf course) which did end up taking up valuable vacation time but I'm sure, after this experience, the management team will put a process in place which limits clients involvement. These two things aside it would have been 5 star. I would certainly recommend this Villa if you want to make the most of VDL
