Concerning the cleaning products, those need, in fact, to be bought by the guests. This is a self-catered property so those products should be acquired by the guests accordingly with their preference. As for the observation made about the cleaning, we are surprised with your comments since the properties are minutely checked before clients can check-in the property. All the information has been passed onto the property owner who does improvements every year for the comfort of his guests and likes to resolve all issues. So thank you for your observations. All the information has been passed onto the property owner who does improvements every year for the comfort of his guests and likes to resolve all issues. Beds are quite a personal taste as to whether people prefer hard or soft mattresses, because of this we have mattress toppers available should anyone find them too hard. Also, the pool towels are often being used when the ladies come to take the laundry during the day, but can be changed on request. So thank you for your observations. Regarding check-ins to the properties, we always prefer to meet guests and let them into their holiday home, however, on very busy change over days this is not always possible. Therefore, we occasionally give the key safe code to guests so that they can enter the property and begin their holiday, rather than waiting outside for one of the local representatives to arrive. Someone will then pass by as soon as they can to run through everything with the guests. Regarding the issues raised everything is currently sorted, in addition we have a 24/7 phone number to help the guests on any occasion. We have a local rep that visits all the guests when they arrive and a second courtesy visit (approx.24h/48h after your arrival) to make sure everything is fine with you/the property and help you to program your stay at this paradise called “Algarve”. However, the majority of the guests that stayed in this property have given us fantastic feedback and reviews. A lot of them have in fact already booked to return in 2020. Thankfully as can be seen on the hundreds of listings/adverts on this portal and others we advertise on, our clients have fantastic holidays and come back year after year. We welcome thousands of clients yearly, the majority are return clients that give a 5* rating each and every time. Regarding the issue raised about the water supply, the problem was out of our control as it was due to damage in the pipeline of the zone, therefore this situation was totally the of responsibility of the Town Hall Services and under their control. However, and despite the inconvenience, the problem was solved. Our local representatives were always in contact with the municipal services. Regarding other issues, I can confirm that Villa Alegria was improved as this is a lovely villa located in a quiet area. However, the local representatives were always in contact with you and some of the situations were resolved.
