Room in a townhouse
The room was adequate for our 2 night stay but I would not have been happy staying any longer. The room was tiny with the bed, albeit comfy, being hard up against the wall restricting my husband’s ability to get out in the night for the toilet. Wardrobe was hard up against my side of the bed and I whacked into it several times in the night. Shower room was small too and had a dripping cistern which even with the door closed could be heard and was annoying when trying to sleep. I felt the room was very claustrophobic. Also there was no sound proofing and other guests staying were very noisy one guest got a phone call after midnight on both nights we stayed and although I did not understand what he was saying I could hear every word as he made no attempt to speak softly! We did not use any of the communal areas or cooking facilities so cannot comment on them. We would not stay here again or recommend to family or friends….sorry!
