“The staff were very friendly from reception to dining, they were all happy to help and spoke english.
The hotel is situated off a busy road, which does have a good regular bus service for getting into the city centre. SO travel options are Bus, Taxi(can be expensive) or hire a car, you can walk but it is a few miles each way so not for the faint hearted.
Overall it was an enjoyable stay, good food and great staff.”
“The hotel was about 15 minutes from Baku City. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We couldn't find the metro but taxi's were very cheap and the hotel staff booked these for us. Breakfast alright. What we noticed was there was no information in the room detailing amenities of the hotel such as restaurant opening, fire evacuation etc. There was also no tea and coffee facilities as advertised. Hotel clean and tidy. We found it suitable for short stay.”
“To be fair, I didnt expect much but it was a very very very good stays. One of the best I had for a business trip. The reception allowed me to do an early check in, Elvira has been fantastic bringing me lots of water everyday. The location is decent. Everyone was super friendly and the price quality ratio was super super good. Recommended and will come again. ”

Friendly & helpful staff, especially hotel manager, restaurant manager, restaurant waiter & girls cooking omelettes.
Sadly some hotel guests were less than pleasant & we saw too many people handle the food at breakfast & then return it.
The shower is lovely & huge but needs a thermostat as it goes between...
“Bien ubicado cerca del centro de Baku y del metro. El problema es que el colchón estaba dado como una U, muy incomodo, y las almohadas demasiado grandes. El desayuno justito y si quieres cafe decente es con cargo adicional. El servicio correcto.”

"Un hotel de cadena con buena ubicación, servicio variable, se nota que siguen las instrucciones confusas - no entregan la ropa de lavandería si no la pagues antes, ni avisan que hay que hacerlo, perdí mucho tiempo
