Everyone was so helpful and polite. It was amazing. I have had the chance to particularly interact a lot with the concierge (Maharram) and he was amazing. I have never received a service like that.

It was for us the first experience in this kind of hotel, and we weren't disappointed. Our arrival wasn't expected and yet, the staff was very kind with us, at our disposal. And despite the fact that we had difficulties with the means of payment, everything was made possible for us to have the best stay, the best experience, and to make us comfortable. All in all, it was wonderful. Thanks again for this amazing experience, and I would like to thank all the staff we encountered.

Detaylara verilen özen, misafirin kendini özel hissetmesini sağlıyor. Konaklamamız boyunca personelin ilgisi ve misafirperverliği de ayrı bir takdiri hak ediyor. Özellikle İslam Bey, bizimle her an yakından ilgilenerek konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Kendisine ayrıca teşekkür etmek isteriz. Yine Resul Bey her konuda yardımcı olup ihtiyaçlarımızı en kısa sürede çözdüler. Tüm bu ilgi ve güler yüz, kendimizi evimizdeymiş gibi rahat hissetmemize sebep oldu. Baku’de hem lüks hem de kusursuz bir hizmet arayan herkes için gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir otel. Bizim için unutulmaz bir deneyim oldu, tekrar tercih edeceğimizden şüphemiz yok.
