“Sowohl das Einchecken, der Zugang zum Hotel und zum Zimmer als auch der Checkout funktionierten super über die Hotel App. Das Hotel ist sehr modern, sauber und ruhig.”
“Sauberkeit: Alles in Allem sehr sauber. An ein paar Stellen könnte besser geputzt werden aber bei der Menge an Zimmern eine gute Leistung. Von Silberfischen aus vorherigen Bewertungen und starke Verschmutzung war keine Spur (hatten ein DZ Superior im 2. Stock)
Personal & Service: Es gab einige sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter vor allem im Restaurant. Einige andere waren nicht ganz so sympathisch aber immer höflich und niemals unfreundlich.

“Creo que le falta mucho servicio, la limpieza de la habitación no es diario, tu tienes que solicitar el servicio, mal wifi en habitación, el bar cierra cuando quiere y no tienes opción ni a comprar una agua, pero es lo mejorcito de la zona ”

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Blick von der Terrasse direkt in die Natur . Die Wiese liegt direkt hinter dem Hotel ,und auf der Wiese stehen idyllische Holzschuppen ,der Blick auf die Berge ist majestätisch.
Das Personal super freundlich und ein toller Service . Die Launchbox für die Heimfahrt war mit Liebe zubereitet .

“We chose to stay, having done so about 6 years ago, and as before this was a wonderful hotel in every way. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the rooms are large with comfy beds (we had a Mountain View room), and the breakfast is fantastic. We ate in the restaurant on one evening, which was really nice too. We used the hot tub and sauna every day, but being brits we aren’t so sure about the “nakedness” of this facility! Not for us…. Anyway, great hotel in a perfect location, and enough...
