"ok hotel, room wise but poor service over all. Waited over 25 mins for our drinks oder before leaving. App fotr our foom to be serviced did not work. Not a big isdue just informef front desk before going out. Although cleaned no tea or coffee replaced"

"Room as advertised. Staff were helpful when I had to arrive after midnight. Only small issues were tv stand being a bit broken so it was at an angle and it being unclear if we needed to bring our own washing up liquid for cutlery etc."
