Beautiful views!
Had a wonderful time at this beautiful, private mountain log home. Perfect accommodations for our family of 7. Loved the hot tub in the evenings and the views. One little thing to improve is to provide bath mat for the upstairs bathroom, floor was very slippery/unsafe when wet.

Beauty at 10,000 f eet
The cabin was spacious and well done with fabulous views from the deck as promised. We were unable to take advantage of all of the amenities during our short 3-night stay, but sitting in the hot tub while supper was grilling, watching the sun set on the 14-ers, well, it was better than words can convey. The kitchen had everything I needed to present meals to all 7 guests. We were within moments of fishing and hiking areas. Alma was a short drive and the general store does have everything. We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed more of the cabin and the area.

Unbelievable Cabin
This cabin was absolutely stunning, we had an amazing time, the views were gorgeous. The kitchen, dining room and living space upstairs was perfect. Absolutely zero complaints, perfect Cabin that’s just outside of Breckinridge, making it peaceful, but close enough to the fun in town, we saw Deer, Elk, right outside of the cabin. One morning it was -5 degrees outside and the view from the deck was so beautiful it didn’t even feel cold enjoying my morning coffee out there. It’s a must see Cabin, we hope to be back next year

Great property in a fantastic location
We spent 3 days on a fly fishing trip. This location across from the South Platte was great and being close to Fairplay beach and the SWAs with access to the middle and south forks of the South Platte was also great.

This property is a gem! This was a last minute trip for my husband and I and man oh man were we so surprised and so happy. The view off the porch was amazing and we def will be booking this house again with family! We hiked and ate such great food and the hot tub was so great for the evenings when our muscles were sore. We do have a suggestion and just about the only one we have. We came home after dinner and being out one evening noticing that the driveway was wet and the hot tub was leaking from the porch above. We ran up stairs to check it out and we noticed that the hot tub was over flowing and was freezing which we knew it had just been hot. We also noticed water tracks from the hot tub all the way to the front door of the house which would have been impossible unless someone had been there. So we were kind of nervous. We contacted the property manager and sure enough someone had been there. Our suggestion would have been that if someone is going to show up after hours to leave a card or something letting renters know someone was there. We were scared something had happened. Anywho. It was a wonderful stay and the house was perfect! Thank you again for allowing such a beautiful home to be shared with others!

The view was breathtaking and the hot tub was an added bonus! We loved that Breckenridge was so close. The reason I ha e 4 stars instead of 5 is because it cooking utensils and grill were not the best. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back in the area again.

Lovely, comfortable house! We had issues losing power the first night, which was unfortunate, but no fault of the owners. Apparently this does happen somewhat frequently, so stocking some extra flashlights/candles would be a good idea. The bedrooms were comfortable and we loved the deck/hot tub/views. Hope to stay here again!

Good overall
The property is beautiful and the view is everything promised! The cleanliness of the house was wonderful and the hot tub was sparkling. The property contact, Phil, could have better customer service skills and didn’t have any information on what pantry items we might expect on site. The kitchen appliances and utensils are also in poorer working conditions than expected. We would stay again, just bring our own knives and pans!

This house was located in Alma just 25 minutes from Breckenridge. Glad we stayed at this house as the views and scenery was fabulous. Lots of local fishing ponds and resevoires. House was very spacious and many in our party enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. We all enjoyed our time.

Breathtaking views and great location
We are a family of four and stayed for a week. The view on the porch is absolutely amazing. We spent evenings grilling and sitting in the hot tubs. Great fishing is just steps away. Montgomery Reservoir is just 5 min drive with fishing and beautiful hikes. The house was well Stocked with kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, trash bags, kids books, and even a bucket of legos. The bottom floor had some dog odor and living room furniture needed some updating. We would definitely stay again, though. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great getaway from the city
This cabin was everything we were looking for! Spacious, secluded and relaxing. We had a great time cooking family dinner and relaxing by the fire, and took advantage of the hot tub. The views can’t be beat.

Property was exactly as listed. 4 queen beds with an additional bunk bed, game room is down, main living and 2 bedrooms on second floor, and master up. Home is very comfortable and able to accommodate a larger family with ease. It is a decent drive from Breckenridge to the house, but was not an issue for us. Summit County does a good job of keeping the main road passable. If you do plan to come in the winter, chains might be required for a 2WD to make it up the driveway. Other than that, 5 stars from us. Thank you to the owners, it was truly a memorable trip.

Secluded relaxation
The house was spacious and well equipped. The dish TV didn't work and the wifi was a bit spotty, but it encouraged more time together. I will say that the wobbly living room table was quite dangerous with the toddlers that were with us, so maybe consider securing that a bit better. Otherwise it was a great trip!

Check in process very easy. Property and location were beautiful. Very very very high altitude... so prepare for some major headaches if you aren't used to it. Drink water and bring excedrin. 6 adults and 1 young child. If we come this way again, will stay here.

Serene mountain getaway
We lived staying at this cabin. The perfect location for hiking between FairPlay and Breckinridge. 5 stars all the way around. My only suggestions would be to stock regular coffee (no decaf) and drain/refill the dirty hot tub.

Great Mountain Getaway
Aside from the place being a little dirty when we arrived (dog hair everywhere), we enjoyed our stay at the cabin with our friends. My husband was able to walk across the street and fish, which he really enjoyed. There’s not much in Alma so make sure to bring everything you need with you, unless you want to make the drive to Breckenridge (30 minutes) or Fairplay (20 minutes). The hot tub was a great way to relax after the kids went to bed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great cabin!
This property was just right for our family of 7. The kitchen was well stocked and the table was big enough for everyone. We brought a corn hole game that fit nicely on the deck and enjoyed the hot tub! We highly recommend it😊 The only suggestion is to provide more toilet paper and paper towels. We always bring extra so we didn’t run out.

Three Families and a Pooch
We greatly enjoyed our stay at your house in Alma. We are frequent fliers of the Breck/ Dillon/ Copper area in the summer and winter. This house is situated in a little valley about 25 minutes outside of Breck and has beautiful views on the porch where the hot tub is located. We enjoyed watching the sunset here. The house was clean and well maintained. The notes around the house letting us know about games and other things to do made us feel very welcomed. The downstairs walk out basement was perfect for our teenage kids to have the whole 2nd living space and large bedroom to themselves. There was plenty of seating for a bigger group which was greatly appreciated.

High altitude get away!!
We've been coming to the Breckenridge area for the last 5 yeaars and this was the best house so far! The view of the valley was great and being away from the city is very relaxing. Very close to Breck but feels like you're all alone. Definately coming back!

This property has one heck of a view and location. It’s conveniently located in the small town of Alma where you can get everything that you need just a few min away at one of the little stores located up the road. The altitude of 10,500 ft is the only adjustment needed. Otherwise pure beauty!! You won’t regret staying here.

Beautiful views!! But not secluded
Looking out at three 14'ers while sitting in the hot tub on the deck is not to be missed! But don't let the photos fool you - there's a house within 20 feet, and multiple others throughout the valley. Just not as secluded as we originally thought. The cabin itself seemed to be very well maintained. There were enough dishes, towels, bags, soap, etc. for us to use throughout our stay. And ample room in each bedroom. A massive family room downstairs. For the most part, we really enjoyed our stay. However, three of our group returned home with hot tub folliculitis because the hot tub was not clean/had the right mix of chemicals. Also, hornets kept randomly appearing - one on the carpet, one landed in the hair of our friend, one on the sink, one in the upstairs bedroom, etc. etc. We could not figure out where they were coming from, but clearly there's a hornet issue. We had a friend allergic to bees, so obviously we were a bit nervous. I provided this information to the property manager and wasn't really assured those issues would be taken care of. Rent at your own risk.

Great Getaway
We booked this cabin last minute and we’re so happy we did. I had some questions I emailed the property manager, and he was extremely accommodating. The cabin was spacious and had beautiful views. Right down the road there’s a designated fishing pond where we caught one fish 10 seconds after throwing in our line. And the hot tub was amazing! Thank you so much for the amazing trip!

The property manager is horrible, very rude Guy!
The cabin is very beautiful and well maintained! We just had a bad experience with the property manager. The guy is very rude, with cero communication skills.. We lost a reservation because he never came on time to clean the driveway (the ramp was full of snow) . The guy was just rude, he will not respond to my text messages. In the few occasions that we spoke, he sounded mad and his choice of words were not appropriate... Moving forward, I will not rent a cabin if this dude is the property manager... He is just not pleasant to work with, he just look upset and miserable... Stay away from this horrible property manager.
