"Stayed one night before leaving Kazakhstan. Comfortable bed and convenient location "
"Very pleased with this hotel, so we came back when we retuened to Almaty. Very clean property. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with super clean comfortable bed. Wifi acceptable but could be improved. Front desk was extremely helpful with all needs. In a very nice neighborhood, and is located close to major train station, supermarket, major bus routes into city, and local parks. Will be happy to stay here again in the future."
A verified traveler stayed at Royal Park Hotel Almaty
"The hotel is in a very convenient location with beautiful views to the mountains, close to the Metro and restaurants, and within a 25 minute walk to museums, parks and other landmarks. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfasts delicious and the room very comfortable. Unfortunately, the rooms do not have a refrigerator and the hotel has a strict policy of charging you for an extra day (at a higher rate than paid online) for a late checkout of 5 hours, even after staying at the hotel for an entire week. The hotel has a comfortable lobby with a bar and snacks and access to fast WIFI. I will stay here again when I visit Almaty next year."

"Older hotel, but in a good way. Not luxury but comfortable and quiet. good bed and work area and internet. Nice leafy area. 24 hour supermarket and money exchange steps away. Lots of restaurants within a 15 minutes walk. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff that usually included a fluent English speaker."
"It was worst staying , there is no room service for cleaning, no hot water coming to shower. After multiple complaints also staff ignored.
