“Sian, the landlady is wonderful -- friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel's.com said there are laundry facilities but this is not true. BUT Sian did our laundry for us.
We stayed in the annex but no one who was mobility problems, or is tall or heavy should stay there -- it is difficult to maneuver under the low ceilings. ”

“Everything just as listed. Room was spotless, everything clean bright and fully functional. Host communications were timely, informative, and replies to questions prompt and always courteous and professional. We wanted to experience piece of English country living that is getting harder to find these days. Beautiful green fields, birds everywhere, and kind cheerful people who treat guests warmly. “was unable to sleep in the bed as the room had a major issue with black mould in the bathroom which had become airborne & affected the the entire room the smell was over powering slept in a chair as the bed was cover with the black mould smell & was unable to breath, suffer with chest infections which the spores got on my chest I had to call 111 & was directed to Ipswich hospital for antibiotics, never even stopped for breakfast on day 2 felt to ill on antibiotics for next 5 days, this all……
