“Hidden Fees Scam The room was big and the price was okay, but they had a hidden $10 parking fee. Some websites said $5, but nowhere did it mention $10 on weekends. We checked in on Sunday, and there were only about 10 cars in the parking lot, yet they still charged us $10. Parking at Holiday Inn Express is almost always free for non-downtown location. This is the first one we’ve ever seen that charges for parking. If it were a football day, sure, but it wasn’t—it was a Sunday when even street……

“The room is smelly Water leaked to room underneath the air conditioner, which make the carpet nearby wet, and some of my pants and cloth got wet because of this. The light in the bathroom is flickering i have been staying this hotel and many times, but this is definitely the worst and probably be the last time!”

“The front desk clerk had a bad attitude, and the manager was rude. He kept talking on the phone while waiting in line to check in, and the room he arranged was far away. He also didn't actively give us biscuits, and didn't give us one more even if we asked for one.”

“I loved this hotel for what we needed this weekend. We were there for a volleyball tournament. It was clean, quiet, they have a little store with snacks etc. the front desk staff were beyond kind and accommodating. We requested a late checkout and were allowed to stay to 2 pm with helped us greatly; we didn't have to spend 6 hours at the airport. There is also a Starbucks 2 min walk away, Target and some restaurants within walking distance. ”
