“DO NOT rent this home. This home is unsafe for all, but particularly for children, and the bottom portion of the home is uninhabitable. During our stay, we found many, many safety issues, such as: electrical outlets with missing or broken covers with exposed, live electrical wires, and loose railings and spindles on the outside stairs. But the worst part was the fact that we had to have the local fire department out during our stay because in the downstairs portion of the home the water heater...

“Our week staying at the Friendly Mullet was a fun, family trip. The quiet neighborhood, clean beach, and calm gulf water was great for small children. The rental was well stocked with all essential items and the gulf view from the covered patios was relaxing. The use of the beach chairs, wagon, and toy dump trucks were appreciated. We swam at the two pools each one time for a change of pace from the beach. Thanks for the opportunity to stay in your rental home! ”

“The huge patio and large indoor living area were perfect. One notable takeaway that we all had was that the furniture from couches to chairs on the patio and especially the beds were very comfortable. Everything seemed to be quality for comfort. The reason I state this is because there are loads of rental properties full of 2nd hand furniture that isn't exactly comfy, but this property was a stellar exception.”
