Ferienwohnung war belegt
Nach erfolgreicher Buchung und Bestätigung machten wir uns spontan auf dem Weg nach Weimar. Dort angekommen war die Ferienwohnung belegt. Nach langem Hin und her haben wir endlich den Vermieter kontaktieren können, der uns mitteilte, dass es sich hier um einen Fehler in der Kommunikation mit der Agentur handelte. Die Wohnung hätte nicht online sein dürfen. Die Agentur selbst konnte man m Sonntag aber nicht erreichen. Es wäre ja schön gewesen, wenn man eine Ersatzunterkunft bekommen hätte. Das alles war aber nicht möglich und wir mussten uns nach einem Spaziergang und einem teuren Abendessen wieder auf den Weg nach Hause machen. Unsere mitgebrachten Lebensmittel (Vor allem das teure Fleisch) für den Abend und ein schönes gemeinsamen Essen mit der Familie konnten wir- nach über 12 Stunden im Auto - zum größten Teil wegschmeißen. Selbst nach zwei Wochen haben wir noch keine anständige Rückmeldung, wie die Agentur damit umgeht und auch eine Erstattung der gezahlten Miete ist noch nicht erfolgt. Unglaublich und vor allem sehr ärgerlich!
