Friendly staff, nice clean room. The free breakfast left something to be desired but it usually does. The area outside of the hotel was littered with trash, old shopping carts, and various debris but didn’t feel unsafe.

Only downside was that I couldn't stay longer; although that was due to the solar eclipse. Absolutely lovely stay, adored the staff, cute room, and good breakfast!

I was first assigned the a very noisy room. When I pointed out the problem the next morning I was moved to a very quiet room. Much better. Be sure to avoid the lower floors near the elevator and the room in front above the front desk. The ventilator for the whole building needs repair or replacement it makes constant NOISE!

Stayed in this Sleep Inn while waiting for replacement for dead furnace. It was such a lovely surprise, a little gem in the suburbs of Buffalo. Includes a large (working) hot tub and pool, workout room, and hot breakfast. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Would definitely stay here again!

I love the staff completely they made it worth the stay and I'm so happy they work with me but it's a two-star hotel with $100 price tag every night I don't think that's fair. 63$ a night at least. I guarantee people would stay for a week and be completely happy so that means more money would come in but overall I had a beautiful stay.

Check in process took forever as only 1 person was working. However, she was very friendly. Pool area had no towels. Room smelled like smoke. Area around hotel was dilapidated. But you get what you pay for. Stay included free parking and breakfast and use of the warm pool and hot tub.
