“Booked the hotel with a good expectation to at least provide mentioned in hotel details and there are plenty which I can give as review.
Staff didnt know what does "accessible rooms " mean and I booked for one though it wasnt setup with required stuff.
I booked two family rooms and there was missing fridge from one room.
They had high tea in evening and it was a mess, total 15 chairs to sit and more than 100 guest at one time, it was a long queue and they were not able to serve more than once……
