“The condo was clean, had no issue with neighbors. Parking right outside building. There were dressers and closets for clothing. Was centrally located for our purposes. Close to the highway. Really everything you need to live there for a time. The only thing remotely negative was there is a hospital and fire station nearby by so you will hear sirens. Not enough for me to reduce the rating.”

“The property was very clean and very spacious. My daughter and I were extremely comfortable. My dogs enjoyed the yard. I read a review about rugs but its not true the rugs were very nice. If you're looking for a piece of mind this is the place other than not being told the washer was out of order we had a great stay and will be booking again!!”

“What a perfect spot for us to stay in Columbus for OSU graduation. German Village is so charming with its little shops and restaurants. Industrial Masterpiece was so well appointed with so much space for our family of 6. The owners left us a bottle of wine, waters, coffee and snacks which we thought was such a lovely and welcoming touch. Everything was tidy and clean. The check in process was easy and fast. We will stay here again for football season for sure! Easy to get to campus as well.”

“If you need a Nice, Clean, Comfortable Place to Stay while you’re visiting Columbus, Ohio. Rent Cozy Condo. You will be staying in a well maintained condo apartment. Away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel or motel, with its many guests. Privacy is so important when one is tired from a long trip and all you want to do is relax before you face whatever business or pleasure that has brought you to the area. Cozy condo does not allow pets. Which is good for those who have animal allergies.……

“The location itself is great. It's quiet, comfortable, and within walking distance of many major attractions and dining/nightlife. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the space is perfect for a small group.The primary issue we ran into was a major leak between the kitchen and dining room. A leak itself is not typically an issue, it happens; however, this leak had clearly been ongoing for quite some time given the damage to the wall and mold growth leaving a strong must on the lower level.The……

“When first arriving, it appeared decent. The tv was broken when we attempted to turn it on, which we were able to get a replacement on day 3. The first night there was a huge leak from the ceiling in the first floor bathroom. No mention in the messages what theyd do about that. Just put a bucket and a towel so we could use the bathroom. The oven was unplugged and couldn't cook anything on the stove, and the outlet looked weird and exposed. Kinda sketchy. On the last night, there was a leak……
