I enjoyed all of the personal touches throughout. It was cozy and a nice spot to wind down. Great communication and flexibility from the host.

Overall, this was a comfortable stay and provided good value for the price. It's clear the owners care about the property and want guests to have a positive experience. While there are a few areas that could benefit from some updating and a little extra attention to detail with cleaning, none of it took away from our ability to enjoy our stay. If you come with expectations that match the price point, you'll find it to be a comfortable place to stay in Anchorage.

Quiet, clean place that was exactly what I had been looking for. Close to some main roads without a lot of noise from traffic. Friendly host who was glad to answer any questions we had.

We enjoyed our stay here - comfortable beds and couch. As noted by others, some maintenance was needed, but it didn't get in our way. It was a great place for a few nights while exploring the area - we'd stay there again!

Very convenient

My family and I stayed 5 nights there and were pretty happy with our stay. There’s only 2 minor things I would change, I would add a few more fans to the house because it does get warm in there and I would also add some outside seating.

Close to the airport

What we liked about this rental was that it was close to the airport and many other activities and places to eat at in Anchorage. The rental was fairly clean and the property manager responded quickly to my messages.
