I reserved a room for 2 nights and even paid the extra $9 to guarantee it and when I arrived I was told that they had no clean rooms and they couldn't help me, even though I had a reservation already paid for, the. Refused to refund my money or go clean the room stating she worked in the office and did t clean rooms. I will never be back

Beware of this crackden. Check in took 45 minutes, had no idea what they were doing. Walking to our room people were smoking crack and weed outside. Definitely don't want kids seeing drug activity. Many women in and out of rooms. Entered the room to find poop stains all over bathroom walls, no toilet paper, broken bolt lock on front door, and cracked paint. We got no sleep as the walls were very thin and there was fighting, yelling, and police activity outside all night. Pictures extremely deceiving. Beware of this crackden.

The property is terrible the staff is terrible there are no amenities people banging on your door at all times the hour. The whole place is in disarray the beds are terrible place is filthy my room is filthy shower curtain not clean I have mold on the lamp shade has mold on it. Where the toilet paper goes in it’s coming out of the wall. There’s supposed to be a couch in here cheap crappy chair. The TVs are ancient can barely hear the sound the remote is broken. I will never stay here again and I don’t recommend anybody else staying here unless you wanna get sick.

When we got there and checked in the room was disgustingly dirty and the front desk agent did nothing to help get it resolved or even apologize. Couldn’t even put us in another room because they were all either “dirty or occupied” so we cleaned the room ourselves so we could sleep because we were exhausted from an 8 hour drive and couldn’t find another hotel. With that being said there were issues with the sink that were mentioned to the desk agent and were not fixed. They claimed to have been fixed but it was still clogged after being told it was fixed. Overall an AWFUL experience. The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. EVER.
