The building is very old and they didn't remodel or refurnish it. You see dirty spots in every corner. I got the suit and it was tribble, the shower area was full of mold. I don't know how they are still open. Don't waste your time and money and look for another place to stay.

It was nice hotel but all is very old. I think no any investment after 2000. But it was ok for me. The thing that I could not understand is that they did not put kettle inside room. How is it possible ? It is maximum 20-30$ and no need to do special electric isolation. I hope they can put kettle all rooms and others can not have problem like me.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review.Before we put kettle all rooms but we saw that People boiled eggs inside,boiled Rice inside ,boiled baby food inside,wash socks inside ......and than we all trow it a way.So when our guests ask for a kettle we send to their rooms and tell them Just for a hotwater.Regards

Breakfast was nice but the hotel should not be a 4 star hotel. It’s more like a 2 star hotel. The rooms and hotel are very outdated and could use a modern change.

We reserved two rooms in Best hotel for three nights. Overall the hotel is very old style, everything from entrance to restaurant to rooms are outdated. The rooms still have regular keys which I had not seen in hotels for many years. If you like modern hotel, this is definitely not your choice. However, everything was very clean, the internet speed was really good, and the staff were all very responsive and respectful. The breakfast was good and food was mediocre.

My wife stayed at hotel for 50 days best thanks to a visa dilemma we were facing . The staff were most helpful and friendly, the hotel was perfectly located in Chankaya , and the amenities were good . Highly recommended !

Very horrible, cheap customer services they are so cheap you should bagging them to give you battles of water specially for old person they are horrible

We stayed in this hotel during our immigration visa interview in USA Embassy Location is perfect - just infront of. There are also Russian and Germany Embassies. Breakfast was excellent. Everything was good! Thanks.

My review I will start not from the cleaning things or how awesome breakfast and restaurant in the hotel are. But from that what amazing super heroes work in Hotel Best. My stay in the hotel was supposed to be short as I came just to get my US visa. Good thing happened - my visa was approved, but the attemp to take my passport back reminded a horror movie. Fortunately it had a happy end only thanks to the real 5 star staff of the hotel. They managed to find the place where the passport was, they spent hours on the phone trying to get any information about how to pick it up. They found taxi drivers who not only took me to the different post offices but also spent their time with in those places speaking Turkish with the stuff and trying to know any details. The situation lasted for several days and I didn't have to remind about it to them, the fantastically controlled the situation sending the information carefully to each other. I am giving this hotel 100 points out of 100. Because all the other things were on a very high level there too. Very nice and cosy restaurant with diverse food, comfortable gym. Cleaning ladies were changing the bedsheets every two days and my room was always very clean thanks to them.

The hotel is in a very central location and easy to access. Although it's a 4 star hotel, hotel needs a renovation to update some of it's features into today's standart. Beds, floor are example to those. Breakfast is a bit weak for a 4 star hotel.

First of this hotel is the best if you are in a business trip or visiting Embassy’s at Ankara. This is actually a unique Hotel and had a very distinct history for Ankara. Clean, very fiendly and very special staff. Yes you can say that hotel need maybe some updates but honestly none of them bothers you at all. They have a very nice restaurant, one of the best , fresh and real Turkish breakfast which we have been in live with it. You feel like you are in a special place , like a home . It is a very unique hotel. Very safe. I think all staff have been working there since the opening but they are all very professional and let you feel special. You can sit in the lobby amd order a nice Turkish tea or coffea . This is not may be the most luxurious hotel in town and please donot look for it. But i feel very special in there and whenever I stay in there I feel very special.
