Great hotel with lovely friendly staff. Very nice location just by the canal. Our room had a terrace which looked right onto it. Very close to old town and not far from the train station. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff could not be more helpful. We forgot to pack out travel plugs so they lent us 3! They also advised the best places to view the Retour Des Alpages (festival to celebrate the animals such as cows and sheep coming down from the mountains). All staff were super polite and friendly. We had a lovely stay with the hotel well placed for both old and new town and of course the beautiful Lac D’Annecy. Very much recommend

The hotel is perfectly situated by the old town and the many good restaurants. It is only a ten minute walk to the train/bus station, and the S4 bus stop is by the hotel if you want to get a brilliant view of Mont Blanc from Semonz des Alpages (nearly 6000 feet)

It is an excellently located hotel. It is extremely tidy and clean. In terms of what can be improved, the rooms are a bit dated in my view but bedding and size of rooms are excellent. The bar could be more atmospheric and less functional, and the gym is extremely basic (less of an issue in a place like Annecy which is a dream for fitness in general). Overall, it’s an excellent choice for Annecy.

Excellent hotel across from the beautiful Lac D’Annecy. Staff were excellent and we had a wonderful stay. Comfortable beds and really nicely decorated rooms. Breakfast was great as well.

Great location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see and bike rentals for the trip around the lake. It was difficult to find a place to park for check in but not surprising with its prime location. The garage they provide spaces in was very close and convenient. Breakfast was great and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Photo was taken around the corner from the hotel when we arrived, a beautiful place.

Recently renewed. Clean. Incredible staff. Good AC. Excellent location, but in a busy street. Family room facing away from the street, so no issues with noice at night. Parking not on site, 2 blocks away, overnight parking covered by the hotel.
