Bedrooms air conditions do NOT work, so if you want to sleep in sauna, go for it. We called the reception multiple times, they do send a technician, a temporary fix happen, but the issue occurs again 15 minutes after!!! Other than the above issue, the whole place including the staff, food, drinks, facilities, pools, bars, outdoor music nights and activities are awesome!

The hotel is overpriced. The area around is not walkable and you always need to hire a hotel cab. They accept cash only even through the nearest ATM is 7km away. The number of import drinks are very limited and they’re overpriced too.

Staff should know more English, we had difficulty explaining and receiving answers at the front desk. food choices should be better especially for people who don’t eat meat or are Celiac. Aircondition in the common area seemed off. There should be Fans outside in the dining area as it’s too hot. The entertainment was not good, they should have better DJs and better bands. The Shower in the room had issues, water gets hot and cold suddenly and weak, the shower in the rooms in general was not satisfactory and we complained that it needs fixing but they didn’t do much. Kids pool should be in a different section and keep adults that are there to relax in a different section. Some foods that are marked as Gluten free is wrong so we did complain as my wife is Celiac and she almost ate gluten due to wrong marking on the Menu. Last day we left early and they prepared a lunch box for us as the breakfast place was still closed, my wife got rotten cheese in her box.

Excellent stay
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. The service, atmosphere and food are excellent. The rooms, although a bit dated, are comfortable. Staff extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. If you are looking for a quiet holiday and a little R&R you cannot go wrong booking here.

Amazing experience. The hotel is not as large as some of the other hotels in the area so it is less crowded and more enjoyable. Service is excellent. Everyone working there has a great attitude and a smile. I would highly recommend.

Not quite a Kempinski
Unfortunately the food was entirely disappointing, and that matters a lot when it's all inclusive. A very bland and uncreative buffet worthy of a three star hotel at best. The reception couldn't have been kinder, and the service was fine, but again, especially during low season when there isn't much to do except eat and relax, the food is hugely important. This was nowhere near what one would expect from a Kempinski.

I liked nothing about this property. Expedia indicated one person a room while I stated 2 person a room. I had to pay extra 150 dollars per night per room. All inclusive didn’t mean all inclusive. If we wanted to eat in speciality restaurants we had to pay extra. Never seen anything like it. Food was terrible for a price we paid.

No doubt there was a confusion while reserving the rooms. You booked 2 rooms for single (1 pers.) use, we were also surprised when we welcomed 4 guests 2 of them without a booking. You have paid 150,-$ for the additional persons who hadn’t booked a stay/room with us at all. During check-in our Front Office team has explained to you the misunderstanding and has presented you the booking request we received from Expedia. On Expedia’s web site under the tab “About the Hotel - Hotel Amenities - All-Inclusive Details” you may read what kind of services our hotel offers, the speciality restaurants are listed under “Not included”. We are sorry hear that our buffet selection wasn’t to your liking, we receive many praises from our guests how delicious the food is. Whenever a guest approaches us with a special request our culinary team is more than happy to prepare the type of food they like, as long as we get notified we are ready to go the extra mile in order to put a smile on our guests faces. Check in was really nice. Property is really great with pools, pier, wonderful views of ocean, very relaxing. All inclusive package is really nice, breakfast, lunch and dinners, were all great. Especially dinners were real nice by the pool in outdoor area. However, for young couples like ourselves, it was a little dead after 10. May be that was on purpose at Kempinski as they might be focused at giving relaxing and peaceful experience to their guests. However, we really would have enjoyed if there was some music or late night entertainment plan by the pool or pier as was being done in neighboring hotels. But again, that might not be preference of most of the guests staying at Kempinski. Overall, we enjoyed our stay of 6 nights at Kempinski, however, did not like that nice tables were being kept as "reserved" for a walk in buffet all inclusive settings. As I was asked one night to get up from a "reserved" table and later 3 more were told to me as "reserved" tables. I approached Mr. Ahmet Antepli (General Manager) who was there taking care of guests and shared his visiting card with me. He told me that some guests who are staying longer like 10 days are taken better care for table reservations. This did not make much sense to me, as I was also booked for total 9 nights (6+3). Later, I cancelled my 3 nights reservation and stayed for just 6 nights, as I personally did not like this discriminatory table "reservations" at dinner.

This hotel is beautiful, elegant and quiet. Itbis smaller than most Antalya properties and guests there value peace and tranquility that absence of animation provides. It is a place to relax without the noise and too many kids. If you want to party, this hotel is not for you.

Fantastic experience
This is an excellent hotel. I was worried about booking it as some of the reviews I read were not very positive. The hotel is different to the surrounding hotels in the area in that it does not have huge water parks and lots of kids and so it is much quieter and exclusive. It’s good if you are looking for a more relaxing experience. There is a lot of space, great private beach and Beach bar. Food was really excellent too.

Considering the content of same, we believe that you have not had sufficient time explore our hotel, since there are several outlets, apart from the main restaurant and the a la carte restaurants. During your stay, the weather unfortunately did not permit to make use of all our outlets. As for the shopping, we can say that our hotel is located at a 5-10 driving distance to the nearest shopping areas, which can be considered near. Given the fact that the Summer 2018 Season is coming to an end in the entire Antalya Region, activity areas outdoors (out of our hotel) had already closed for the remainder of the year. The stay was ok - I wouldn't go again. The food was average even when supplements were paid for the a la carte. The service was hit and miss - mostly miss. We ate there only because we were starving by day 3 - which sounds silly in an all inclusive hotel. You can hear the music and noise from the neighbouring hotels which encompasses the dullness of this hotel. Rooms were ok - very dated and in need of upgrading. Generally the stay was ok as we changed our expectations to that of a 4 star even though we paid for a 5 star.

With regards to our concept, Luxury All Inclusive, all our guests can find something to eat, whenever they like. If our guests have to follow a certain diet or if there is really notthing to their liking at our Main Buffet Restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner), our Chefs can prepare dishes a la minute. As for the entertainment, we would like to mention that the Kempinski Hotel Chain worldwide does not have the huge animation-type entertainments; being a resort hotel to this chain, we do have soft entertainment during the entire week, whereby live performances take place in different genres. Overall, kindly note that our hotel is a butique hotel, the smallest in the region, in fact. Hence, the volumes will have to be evaluated in all aspects accordingly. Boring hotel
The hotel is an international brand. However, due to low utilization, the service and amenities are not up to spec. The hotel could have been better if there are activities around the clock like the neighboring hotels where music and sport activities all day long. The hotel was boring and suits only golfers aiming to golf then have a meal and hit the bed to repeat the same.

We are the only hotel in Belek area not providing the entertainment activities. This is the specification of the hotel. It is sad to hear that you were not aware of our concept prior booking. However by reading the reviews on different sights, it was stated bt lots of the guests that there are no entertainment activities offered. Very nice hotel on the beach
Stayed here for 9 nights on business and playing golf. The hotel is very comfortable and relaxing. Reduced green fees at PGA Antalya Golf Club with two courses, The Sultan and The Pasha. Sultan course is a great course with tees to test all players fr Pro to 24 handicap. Pasha is shorter, but still a good course for all standards. The only thing which I wasn't satisfied with on this stay was that bye food was a little limited. Good quality food, but not a wide choice.

No service when it was needed
We enjoyed our trip until the last afternoon. My husband had a sore ear and went to the Nurse at the hotel. The nurse advised that there was a doctor's clinic nearby and the doctor would see him and provide a prescription if required. The nurse advised it would take about one hour and cost 100 euro. We were driven to the clinic which turned out to be a hospital. We asked for a check up and my husband was sent for uneccessary checks and tests and we were not permitted to leave the hospital for 7 hours. The nurse at the hotel had asked for our room number, which we assumed was to get in touch to make sure the "clinic" visit went well. Unfortunately we were left by ourselves in the hospital unable to leave. When it finally came time to leave, 7 hours later, we were charged 1,500 euro and asked to pay before we could leave the hospital. We didn't understand why a country whose currency is Turkish lira, would ask for payment in euro. We also don't know why the nurse quoted 100 euro and 1 hour when it cost 1,500 euro and took 7 hours! We complained to the hotel the next day and were told the manager would be in touch. We have still not heard anything. We can not recommend this hotel based on this experience. In addition, the quality of the food, such as the meat, at the dinner buffet, one of only two dining options available at the hotel during our stay, was poor. Quantity not quality.

Trip of a lifetime
The staff was very pleasant and were always watching out for guests so they could anticipate their needs immediately. The views of the Mediterranean Sea were spectacular. Our stay could not have been better if we had stayed in a palace.

Nice location, hotel on the beach.
For 5 stars, service can be better. Food is good, but not for 5 stars, can be more tasty. Beef not eatable. Not enough waitresses, must wait for a long time and call them. Italian and Asian restaurant - 3 stars. Front desk always forgot your request, must follow up, up to 3 times on the same issue. No coffee maker, no iron in the room. After checked out, even they promised, they didn't came to pick up luggage, must care by myself.

Not impressed.
After having this hotel recommended to me,I was expecting a little more than I got. If I just wanted to lazy around by the pool,or beach all day then this would have been ok. but I didn't. and I found it too far away to walk from most of the local sights etc. I don't know why they bother to do Half and Full board, when the food is appalling.

Declining standards at the Dome
We have stayed at the Dome on 3 previous occasions, which were always enjoyable. However, we shall not be returning due to the declining standards. The evening meals were very poor with any lack of flavour or taste. Previously we have enjoyed our meals, this time the choice was repetitive, bland and flavourless even though the meals were described as an international experience. If that is the quality of the food the Dome want to offer then its a shame and the stay will less enjoyable. We are a well travelled family and for the very first time we had taken/stolen from our room a set of Rayban sunglasses, beach bag and some underwear. When we reported this to management we encountered a very awkward and unhelpful situation from the hotel security staff. The only thing they were prepared to do was call the police and as we were leaving the next day there was no point in taking this any further. To this day we have not received an apology or any other satisfactory response from the hotel. We shall not be returning a fifth time!
