The accommodation was amazing, the breakfast was delicious in addition to the service; the waiters were generous and treated us very well specially Mr. Ali he was so helpful .

I was not impressed with this hotel Things were advertised that were inaccurate 2 pools of which 1 was in use No gym facilities Tennis courts advertised are not free Outdated lifts Wifi only works properly in lobby The breakfast i only had 2 days Hard to find staff members who spoke english Had 3 double sea view rooms with friends 1 of which was completely blocked via trees The list can go on

Seems like hotel is running without any proper maintenance. The smell was unbearable in the room, lights weren’t working which they fixed upon complaining. Staff was okay and breakfast was good but overall it was a disappointment the moment you get into lift to your room. It requires massive amount of investment to make it a real 4 star which they claim they’re!

There was no wifi at all in both of our rooms we have to go downstairs in the lobby to use net. Aircondition doesnt work properly, drainage had a problem and it took them 2 days to clean it also door lock doesnt lock properly took 2 n a half days to fix it. Pool and breakfast both were good and the location was good as well near to beach and other attractions

When I read the comments about this hotel, I thought it can't be that bad. But it really is. It doesn't deserve even 2 stars. Everything is old , needs maintance.

Hotel near motorway.
Air conditioner didn't worked. Old hotel. We paid room with balcony and sea view and first get room with franch balcony from first floor. Staff fidn't liked we demained to change our room. Swimming pool was occupaid almost all day by swimming club members. No place to swim by hotel customers. Terrible hotel. I wonder where has come 4 stars.

Not what it is advertised to be! Stay away
This hotel is literally falling apart. Paint peeling off outside and indoors. Evidence of serious under investment in upkeep and improvements. Air-conditioning in rooms is a shambles. We had booked a room with sea views at a premium. Upon check-in after a late arrival at 10.30 pm the air conditioner did not cool at all. The vents of the unit were broken. Called the Reception. Someone came up and said give it half an hour and see. We went out for dinner and returned an hour later with the room feeling like an oven. Went down to the reception to argue our case. The reception gave us the key to another room which actually did not face the sea and asked us to try the air conditioner there. We waited half an hour to confirm that the air conditioner was cooling, before moving our luggage ourselves from the previous room to the new room on a different floor. At the end of the day it was a choice of room with a view or a good night's sleep About the rooms, the less said the better. Extremely basic rooms, with dated furniture. Bathrooms in need of updating. Unfortunately, we had booked and paid for the hotel through Expedia already. Am surprised they are advertising this hotel as 4 star. The swimming pool hardly has any shaded areas and unusually is located at the front of the hotel. The breakfast served in the ground floor restaurant is of limited choice. To sum up, please stay away from this hotel. It is only 2 star and not suitable for a relaxing holiday.

Nashira otel är väldigt rent både rum och basäng. För mig lagom stor otel jag gillar inte stora hoteller. Man ser havet från balkongen men ganska mycket promenad för mig vi tog hotellet taxi till deras strand utan att betala men stranden man betalar paraply för 200 tl lördag söndag under veckan grattis. Vi tog bara frukost det fans allt Turkisk pampig frukost. Hotellet var nära till köp center Migros där finns alla märkes kläder och massa restauranger. Promenad 6-7 min. Kale ici nära 6-7 min med taxi där finns man kan åka med båt och äta och massa små affärer. Personal är så vänlig Ayla hanim i restaurangen Ayse hanim hon som städade basäng toaletter väldigt vänligt hjälpsam. Alla andra personalen också väldig hjälpsam de springer för att hjälpa. Tack för allt Nashira otel det var lugn och skönt semseter jag har haft

Me and my husband stayed 1 night in this hotel and I must say that our experience was quite bad. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. I have no idea, how on earth they managed to keep the 4 stars for so many years... For example, in the EU, there is a Hotelstars Union, which is the official European hotel classification entity which sets standards and ensures correct industry standards, so both the customers and the industry participants are committed and the inspections are carried out to ensure the right qualities. The hotel room: The room is outdated and the bed was hard, the wall papers were old and some were missing. The floors were worn and the toilet was old and awful. There was a lot of noise from the other rooms and despite the warnings with the help of the reception, they didn't stop and kept on making loud noises until 3 in the morning. I can only advice one thing: do not waste your money and stay here. There are many other real "4" star hotels in Antalya. Please do your research on your hotel choices and do not end up in a situation as we did.

Arrivato in struttura ho subito notato poca pulizia, ma continuando il soggiorno ne ho avuto la certezza. Inoltre il servizio wi fi era poco efficiente ma dulcis in fundo la palestra, non ci si poteva aspettare di peggio. Senza luci ne aria condizionata, dunque vi lascio immaginare. La colazione, a buffet, oltre ad essere poco soddisfacente, il personale non capiva una parola di inglese. Insomma un hotel da evitare!

Otel berbat. Oldukça bakımsız, pis, personel ilgisiz. Tuvaletler eski, pis. Klima ve kumandası kullanıcı istediğinde değil kendileri istediğinde çalışıyor. Klima oldukça eski. Buzdolabı sadece kendini ısıtıyor asla soğutma özelliği yok. Odadaki 6 ampulden yalnızca biri çalışır vaziyette. Siteye verdikleri fotoğraflarla oda özellikleri tutarsız.

Für ein 4 Sternehotel sind sie nicht gerade die Saubersten gewesen. Der Boden war voller Staub und ich wollte 2 Betten, doch mir wurde nur ein Doppelbett gegeben. Die eine Seite des Pools war die ganze Woche früh am Morgen von Kleinkindern und Lehrern besetzt gewesen, die lernten zu schwimmen. Vor allem sollte man auf die Lage des Hotels aufpassen, man muss überall mit dem Taxi hinfahren.
