The best place to stay close to the old town. Lovely facilities and views. Definitely worth a stop to sight see before moving further out to the beach hotels. Particularly liked the spa facilities with their cave entrance and the terraces leading down to the sea with the lovely view of the mountains.

The worst hotel I have stayed in the world. First thing they give us the room late in check in and didn’t get same as I booked I was different room. They did downgrade for us and we are waiting in wrong room. Until 2:00 AM to move our room with hot A/C. Also they don’t want to give us our room until I spoke with manager. Our room the A/C also hot. And isn’t clean and smell like a dust. The reception they were rude. We booked for two days but we lost firs day with out good room and slept too late. I paid for the best room but they just take the money and don’t care after that. I don’t recommend for this hotel. 0/10😡👎

Really good area everything’s is in reasonable walking distance. Hate how there is a 2 water bottle limit per day. I find that ridiculous, the least you can provide is more - to unlimited water. I’ve been to a cheaper hotel and they offered a lot more water than Ramada.

Property is a in good location. Clean. Stuff is unfriendly and they triple your room rate if you walk in rather than booking online. It feels super unfair behaving.

Great location, 5 minute walk from old town. On the water. Rooms very comfortable with balcony, but not many with views. Extensive breakfast, spa and gym. We enjoyed our stay.

Customer service is terrible. Very dangerous to swim because of the rocks under the water and big waves. Very poor choice of food. For this price you can book another hotel with access to the beach and safe to swim.

Property is good. Little mould in the bathroom and the top of bed head board is dusty. Other than that, Good reception, helpful staff, fun activities- day and evening, nice indoor and outdoor pool and access to the Sea you can swim in. All inclusive is definitely the best as you get access to everything including unlimited drinks and daily fridge stock up. Close enough to shopping mall with 24/7 taxi just outside the hotel.

I have to see the staff were very polite when we arrived however we didnt pay the staff that took our luggage into the room it felt like all reception staff attitude changed from then ( whats the point of all inclusive when you have to pay each staff for whatever they do isn't it part of what they get paid for)to the extend they didnt even help to take the luggage outside of the hotel to load into taxi. Their restaurant staff and food is phenomenal best food ive had compare to all other inclusive hotels that i stayed in but very poor service at the pool and beach area, limited options, all served in plastic cups and cutlery which is cheap for a 4-5 star hotel. The other thing to consider is that its very busy at meal time. Old style hotel if thats your style its great but if you are after proper modern hotel with direct beach access and not go up and down 100 stairs everyday this is not your option.for the price you pay there are better options

We had a really relaxing and fun holiday. The hotel was lovely- the staff were really helpful and the hotel was always very clean. There was a lot of entertainment on offer which we really enjoyed. The food was great, we especially enjoyed our meal at the a la carte restaurant where the chef was brilliant. The pool is beautiful and so is the view! The hotel is also so close to the shops, markets and the harbour so great for exploring. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We recently stayed at the Ramada Plaza in Antalya, booked via Expedia, and found it to be a solid choice for our travel needs. The staff members at the hotel were helpful and friendly, willing to assist whenever needed. The hotel's location was convenient, with the Mediterranean Sea just a stone's throw away. The beach was equipped with ample free sun loungers, making our beach outings comfortable. The turquoise color of the sea was indeed a sight to behold. A brief 5-minute walk from the hotel led us to the old town of Antalya. We found several cafes and discos around, making it a nice spot for casual outings. The convenience of these local attractions was a plus. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was quite good. There was a diverse selection of dishes to choose from every morning, all of which were generally fresh and tasty. To summarize, our stay at Ramada Plaza Antalya was satisfactory. We booked through Expedia, which was a straightforward process. If you are looking for a stay in Antalya that offers a blend of beach and city life, consider this hotel. We would likely recommend it to friends, and might revisit in the future.

The AC tempreture was not good in our room and despite repeated requests it was not taken care of. It made our stay very uncomfortable. On top of it, the intercom was not working and we had to walk down to the reception desk everytime

I would try and avoid getting a room at this Ramada. Rude staff, smelly rooms. The AC was not working, mold in the ceiling near the bathroom. They dont have king beds, had joined 2 twins to make a bigger bed meaning it had a gap in the middle which was annoying. 8 year old building, needs room renovations asap. The balconey view was decent however. Road to access it is narrow which gets bottlenecked often as I found myself stuck at night. Had to reverse out into a side street, make a 5 point turn and find another route. Valet parking service was good. The only good thing was their outdoor pool and decks. You could walk down the stairs into the Medeterranean Ocean. Breakfast was okayish not the best, same menu options for 3 days that I was there! They did have fresh orange juice for extra charge. They charge everything in Euro even tho they should be in local currency of Lira? At checkout no one bothered to ask how was our stay, so you can imagine the rudeness of the front desk staff. I had to change rooms initially due to extreme mold and smelly AC which was not working. Their fix was "We will send a technic" to which I claimed health concerns over the mold and got a room change from the manager. You have to ask them where the breakfast location is and how to get there as the check in front desk staff will not tell you this. The indoor/outdoor pools are accessible through a tunnel 5 levels underground. The only person who did give us this detail was the luggage boy who wa

Beautiful property walking distance from old town
Its a wonderful property with pvt beach and pool, beach was amazing! Breakfast had pretty good options, hotel was very clean, they have huge hamam ,steam -sauna. Very near to airport and walking distance to old town bars for a nightout.
