This is a great model for a hotel. You pay only for what you want, so if you want cleaning or TV, you can pay extra for it. It's location is convenient to Meir and Centraal Station. Note: if you book through Expedia, you may not receive a confirmation number, which you'll need in order to check yourself in. A staff person will eventually have to help you out.

The only issue was check in. The check in machines asked for payment when we’d already paid, but the lady who assisted said they only checked the credit card. When my bill arrives I don’t want to find we’ve paid twice. They need a receptionist. The breakfast cafe food was very good

hotel is really clean and quiet. I love the style of the rooms. There is a sliding door across the bathroom to stop them slamming which adds to the overall peacefulness. My only gripe was that the e-check in was down and the reception wasn’t really visible and took a long time to check in.

An easy walk from Central Station. Nice cafe off the lobby. Laundry facilities at reasonable price. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. A fridge would be nice, also, more hooks or racks in the bathroom.

Fantastic modern hub style accomodation; a lot of self service and virtual contact options. Definitely will be my new preferred place to stay when in town. The only draw back is that their vending machine for snacks was horrendous to use for card payments and no use when returning from late nights

Quiet and has everything you need.
When we first got to our room, we were met with a very plain room (sparsely furnished, no TV) with an unfinished concrete ceiling. It was giving off "you're staying in an NCP car park for the night vibe." However, we really warmed to this place during our stay. The thing about concrete is, it has amazing sound-deadening properties. The room was so quiet, the bed was so comfy, we slept so well here. It's also right in the centre of Antwerp and central for everything. In the foyer, there is a coffee machine, a kettle, a fridge - everything you need. The hotel was really busy and vibrant, but the moment you went into your room, it was so quiet, it was like having the place to yourself. In short, we loved it here. You have to look past the brutalist modern design to see the gem glittering in its concrete setting that this hotel is.

If I find myself in Antwerp again, I will definitely be staying here. The property is very clean and although you check-in yourself, the staff was still available whenever I needed someone. The room was spacious and the decor was all very modern. I was visiting in August, so having AC was a non-negotiable and the unit in my room worked extremely well. Additionally, I was able to walk to anywhere I wanted in the city within fifteen minutes or less. Bear in mind that you won’t have a television, but that was not an issue for me.

Modern and straightforward hotel, centrally located in Antwerp. Nothing atmospheric but clean and functional, with a decent cafe downstairs for morning coffee and pastry.

Less than 10 minutes from Antwerp Centraal station, dozens of dining options within blocks. Old town is less than 15 minute walk. Room was spartan (not TV or fridge) but the whole place very clean. Beds, and especially pillows more comfortable than Marriott, where we stayed before arriving in Antwerp. Don’t let the low rate change your mind. Lobby and common areas very nice and a nice place to just sit and read or whatever. Highly, highly recommended for anyone coming to Antwerp

Really comfortable stay! Location was very central. Staff we met were lovely and friendly. Aircon was a lifesaver on the heat! Really nice cafe if you want some brekkie to keep you going.

I thought this place was very nice, you check in yourself and out and it was super easy and fast. Bedroom was roomy and bed comfortable. Bathroom was hood size and shower worked well. It was in a great location only 15 minute walk to the town centre.

My first time staying at a Citybox and I was very pleasantly surprised. Clean, stylish and simple in an industrial chic kind of way. The amenities are very basic - maybe too basic in some cases (no towel racks or hooks?) - but the rooms were really cool and comfortable and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I’d definitely stay there again.

The hotel was in a great location, easy to walk everywhere. The room was clean. The hotel is great, cafe downstairs is good and the lobby is a fun place to hangout

No TV in the room, and no phone to call reception. The mattresses slide off the bed during the night. The ground floor has a kitchen but no facilities available in the room to make hot drinks. Cash could not be used in the vending machines. The cafe on the ground floor closes at 3pm which isn't very convenient.

Citybox is clean, refreshing and beautiful for photos. The location is excellent and you can easily access transport, taxis, stores and supermarkets. The only thing I didn’t like is that there is no TV in the rooms. But I guess you can compensate for that by watching internet tv on your device 😅 I would absolutely recommend!
