"Everything was great very comfortable the view was nice, it was quiet, breakfast was great! Shopping next door, the front desk wasnt very welcoming but it didn’t bother us she just looked pissed off and probably thought we were going to cancel but we didn’t. She can just be more smiley. I worked front desk before so I know how annoying it can be but I always smiled even on bad days. "

"NO DESK, no counter space; people upstairs ( I was in 202 ), were clomping around"

"2 washcloths, 1 medium towel, half roll toilet paper. otherwise all fine"

"We did not get a balcony room as requested. The window in the room did not lock and they could not fix it so they moved us to a new room. The new rooms on the third floor AC was working so we slept in a hot room, therefore no sleep."
