“We've stayed in a lot of places over the years, but this is the first one everyone agrees on to be worthy of 5 stars. Everything was great! The kitchen had everything one could possibly need for cooking and serving, including spices and salt and pepper grinders. The house had a washer, dryer, and all supplies needed to do laundry. The location and views were fantastic, and communications with the managers was a breeze. We're all looking forward to returning to this property. ”

“The property and house were beautiful! Clean, nice location. We stayed for my daughter's birthday and the proximity to the beach was wonderful! The amenities were ok. We had a great stay. The only thing that could be improved is the speed of communication with the hosts. We had some adjustments to make before our stat and it seemed that turn around time in messaging was about 2 days. Also, the wifi information was not posted anywhere in the house or check in guide so we had to message the host...

“The view is amazing from the inside and from the patio. The condo was very clean and kitchen had everything that was needed to cook. Beach is 5 min walk. Will definitely stay here again. ”

“we had an excellent time at this beach house I was celebrating my 66th birthday with friends all good some suggestions to improve would be a new BBQ grill is needed (salt air) the master bathroom ceiling needs repainting the refrigerator left door needs slat that slides in frig is broken. Nothing major we got to wake up to the ocean everyday and went to sleep listening to the waves ”

Rio Del Mar holds a very special place in my heart since I grew up coming here as a child, and this house and location can't be beat. We loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean waves, and easy access to the sand and beach. Will be coming back again! ”

“The bed in the second bedroom upstairs was not comfortable. The mattress was smaller than the frame which made it weird to get in and out. Pillows were not comfortable either. ”

“We enjoyed our stay, house was good size for our family of 5. The ocean view was perfect and access to the beach was right across the street. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor balcony space was great for relaxing and watching the ocean waves. Loved having morning coffee and watching the sunrise. We plan on staying here again, great beach getaway house!”

“A fantastic apartment with an amazing view. Fully equipped, clean, and well designed. There's a bit of a hill to the beach and neighborhood restaurants but even my old knees managed it. Pro-Tip - take the smallest bedroom and wake up to a view of the ocean!”
