Detached HOUSE fully equipped, 12 people, 150 m² Living space with 600 m2 fenced garden.
Garage in the basement 70 m2 with washing machine, ski and wood storage, barbecue, deckchairs, wooden garden table, parasol.

Location: FABIAN-ARAGNOUET altitude 1200 m, 10 minutes from Saint-Lary Soulan, 10 minutes from Piau Engaly station and Spain, on the Lakes route (Orédon lake, Oule lake), at the gates of the Néouvielle nature reserve.
Bar bread store 400 m, grocery store 1 km, supermarket 10 km.
Easy access all year round.

Maison très agréable, fonctionnelle,tout y est, les pièces sont spacieuses. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour en famille , enfants et parents. Le petit bémol, la distance avec la station de skis ( voiture obligatoire) mais très bien situé pour les randonnées.

Nous avons séjourné la semaine de Noël chez Annick. Nous avons passé une semaine agréable. La maison est top, grande pour acceuillir 10 personnes et un chien sans se marcher dessus. Propre, avec des equipements de qualité. Annick est reactive si petit problème ou question, merci 🙂 Maison a proximité de piau engaly, parfait pour le ski. Juste une petite remarque sur le terrain qui n'est pas totalement clôturé, notamment dans le fond, il faut donc sortir le chien en laisse. Une autre remarque : annick a fait un sapin de NOËL et décoré la maison pour l'occasion, ce qui est super pour les plus petits, merci 🙂 Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente. Maeva

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Aragnouet! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse ensoleillée. La cuisine est extrêmement bien équipée, la literie vraiment confortable. Et il y a une infinité de choses à faire a proximité du hameau. Nous avons pu accueillir amis et famille et passer de belle soirées. Que de merveilleux souvenirs! Annick a toujours répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions. L’arrivée et le départ ont été très faciles. Nous recommandons!

Un très bon séjour passé en famille avec nos enfants et petits enfants sans oublier notre chien Philou ! L'accueil par Stefania a été très sympathique, de même la communication avec la propriétaire toujours disponible et de bon conseil. Belle maison bien décorée, et cuisine super équipée, bref un endroit idéal pour des vacances familiales, à recommander sans hésiter.

Chalet spacieux où chaque famille a trouvé son espace.
Nous avons été enchanté des lieux , petit village entre Piau et St Lary, dépaysement total. Petit inconvénient que je soulignerai le manque de serrures dans les wc et les points d'eau, un petit crochet suffirait hors porté des petits pour avoir son intimité. Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux de Stéfania. Adresse à retenir et surtout à communiquer.

Entre buis et montagne ,un serein déconditionnement
Séjour très agréable dans un gîte impeccablement tenu et décoré avec recherche, et soin des détails; une cuisine bien équipée, vaste, au plan de travail très pratique .Grande salle de bains. Très belle vue sur la montagne,dont on profite sur une vaste terrasse et à l'arrière de la maison, la nature boisée est bien présente. De belles et nombreuses randonnées possibles à partir de ce lieu. On recommande. Très Bien pour les familles nombreuses.

Très beau séjour avec une magnifique région à visiter. La personne qui nous reçoit sur place est disponible et sympathique. La maison est propre et équipée. Malheureusement une fuite au niveau du bac de douche dans les toilettes et le couloir et une communication difficile avec les propriétaires ont terni la fin de la semaine.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans le gîte d’Annick. Il est agréable, fonctionnel et est situé à 2 pas de la réserve naturelle du Néouvielle. On ne manque de rien dans ce logis bien équipé. Le poële à granules (petit consommateur) en fait un cocon toujours agréable, les pièces sont vastes. Le paysage est beau, l'endroit calme, et pour celui qui cherche la neige parce que les nuages sont fainéants, Piau et St-Lary en ont à foison.
