"Had a GREAT time here! House was beautiful and perfect! Trail was well marked and obviously well maintained. Creek out back was so nice to the ears, nice fire pit (didn’t use because it was rainy). Host was super nice and attentive about any questions I had. Great place to stay, would highly recommend!!"

"A group of friends stayed at Big Springs B&B for a weekend trip to Highland County. The house was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal and we appreciated the farm-raised beef in the freezer. The setting is beautiful. We enjoyed hearing the whippoorwills at dusk and seeing the milky way at night."

"I went there to propose to my now fiancé, the plan was for friends and family to arrive first and by the time I proposed on the mountain our friends to be waiting to surprise her. The staff was super accommodating with an early check in and the place was great, very large and ski on ski off from western territories. Highly recommend if you're there with a large group."

"We could literally ski in and ski out, which was so nice! Also loved that we could walk to the village. The home has an awesome room for all your ski gear, including hooks/hangers/baskets to keep everything organized PLUS an awesome equipment dryer for gloves, boots, etc. The place itself was very clean and nicely updated. "This is a very well maintained property in a perfect location. Only a few minutes walking distance to the slopes & the village, and sporting great views over the mountain ranges to the west. Everything is clean and functional, and the owners are quick to respond to any requests. "Spent the long weekend skiing with a friend, my daughter, and her friends. The house was amazing. The bathrooms are brand new and the rooms were perfect. I liked the master on the first floor. The hot tub was a bonus but the lid had a poor design. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. We were disappointed the fireplace did not work. The shuttle to the ski mountains was superb and an absolute bonus. We would definitely stay again."

"Lovely house! We had a ton of snow and it was difficult to get to the property. Luckily we had 4W drive, which is a must. The only thing lacking was coffee mugs. There were 5 which is inadequate for a house that sleeps 20, but otherwise it was well equipped and comfortable."

"Black Bear Lodge was a great location for a reunion of friends and family that have been skiing together for nearly forty years. We love Snowshoe and the lodge was exceptionally convenient to Cupp Run. We had 14 adults and two children and we were all comfortable. "We absolutely loved our stay at the Dome Home! The house is stunning and so spacious. Harman was extremely informative and communicative.
