“The property was beautiful and I felt right at home.After we loaded up to leave we realized that we had a flat tire. The Managers promptly jumped in to help us out and went out of their way to get us on the road safely. Not only was out stay restful and peaceful but the staff were kind and and went above and beyond. God bless you all!”

“The bed was a distance from the TV. The beds were very comfortable. Had to learn how to use the TV but we were really tired so that was okay. Breakfast just okay. Staff very nice.”

“The hotel was clean, and the front staff was helpful, but the hotel is old and not maintained. There was black mold on the ceiling above the beds, and I killed 6 spiders in the room over 2 days. Also, the indoor pool was not heated, so the water temperature was in the lower 60's.”

“The person that checked me in acted like I was imposing on her time. She was neither friendly nor was she rude, I wished I had made reservations at a different hotel. The staff was very cordial & helpful with doors, directions, etc. but the woman at the desk doesn’t need to be the face of Hampton Inn at Gallopolis Ohio”
