“Audrey and her husband were the kind of hosts who make you feel welcome before you even arrive—and even after you’ve left. Their downtown apartment was a spacious haven, thoughtfully stocked, clean, and comfortable.We adored its character: an older building lovingly refreshed, yet still whispering stories through details like the brick wall in the living room. From the windows, we gazed out at Sebring’s historic circle, dressed in twinkling Christmas lights—a view that felt like a holiday card...

“It was easy to check in and communicate. The place looked brand new and was very clean. Location to downtown was good, neighborhood was ok. To park, you have to take one of the side streets and then there is an alley way that takes you behind the units to concrete parking pads (each pad is big enough for 2 cars). Pillows could be more supportive, but that would be my only note, otherwise I think it was good value and very clean.”

“This was a renovated duplex in an older neighborhood. I felt safe accommodations were good. We had a little plumbing issue where we were there that they were trying to resolve on the last night. Owner seemed very nice.”

“Really nice unit a stones throw away from the water and 3 minute drive over bridge to Punta Gorda. Comfortable bed and very good ac. We’ll go back next Feb!”

“Owner/manager was there to greet us and give initial tour. Home exactly as specified with large spacious rooms , updated appliances. Manager on site and immediately available when we weren’t sure about something or just had questions. Will definitely go back. Neighborhood extremely quiet and all homes in area kept up nicely. ”

“Cute, modern and very clean apartment! The apartment had all the conveniences of home which is just what we needed for our short stay! Though it is located near a major road, it is very quiet and car traffic was minimal and could not be heard inside the apartment. Highly recommend! We will return!”
